@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I’m in Going Kong. Didn’t get a text from the local network and need to know if I can roam or need an add-on. Impossible to speak to anybody at Fido. My account number is in Canada so can’t register on the help app. Can you help?

@fizz_ca @Fidomobile it seems you misunderstood my post as me saying that your service wasn't working. that wasn't it; i'm not a subscriber anymore partly because you (still) do not offer voice-based tech support (and generally fail at support, as this thread and DMs witness)

Trying to get any meaningful communication done regarding plans or new phones via @Fidomobile built in chat service is truly frustrating. If its called a phone, and I'm working on my new phone and my new phone plan then why can't I talk to someone over a PHONE call?

@Fidomobile i am tired of your home internet service. It’s been straight 3 days and i’m having issues of connectivity. I am waiting holiday season so that i get a better deal from other carriers and get rid of you.#internet

@Fidomobile you’re customer service reps have been inconsistent with their responses. I’ve been trying to get my sim activated for the last hour with very little support

Let me tell you of the time in July 2022 when I ordered a phone upgrade through @Fidomobile and I signed a contract agreeing to that price. Then it never shipped because the phone was discontinued. And how I’ve been waiting for 3 months and they won’t offer me a replacement offer

@britcan71 @Fidomobile I rarely talk on the phone. I have a pay as you go plan with 7-11. Super cheap options. Only 20 bucks a month. No data. Text (unlimited) and voice only. I'm never going to sign a contract with anybody.

@Fidomobile Got a hard credit check because I wanted wifi. The support then tells me that Fido can’t service that location. Now my credit score got a hit and it’s Fido’s fault. Why would you credit check if you can’t service the location? Take your credit check back.

@Fidomobile just charged me 12$ for coming too close to the US border #fail anyone can do better than 4GB at 46$/mth and ridiculous roaming fees? @fizz_ca do you have a phone yet?
