@Fidomobile Stay away from fido, 30 minutes on the phone and 11 years of loyalty got me an extra $10 on my plan and $45 activation fee for picking it up at the store all because I spoke to someone on the phone instead of doing it online. Bad customer loyalty. Way to keep me. Stay away guys.

@Fidomobile is a cheat. They called stating various promotions and thus ported for better deals. But now when I ask them for those credits they state this isn’t mentioned and we can’t apply. Such fake service providers!!!!#fido #fakeservices #badcustomerservice

The retention person I just spoke to @Bell just said she knows they’re expensive, but I’m paying for the customer service experience just before she said “guess I can’t help you and we’re done here?”... great service. Off to @Fidomobile I go!

@StarlinkPage having an issue with my mobile provider @Fidomobile charging me long distance calls in a zone where there is NO CELL SIGNAL and they're using my starlink WIFI connection to charge me :) They claim since my SIM card is still used, they can bill me. Correct?
