    @Fidomobile I received the worst service from Fido today. The associate quoted me a higher price for a device than whats on the site. Spoke to a supervisor and he tried to back track on the calculations. Just overall bad service.

    @Fidomobile I have been a customer since 2014. Every 2 years when signing a new contract, Fido would always give you something for being a loyal returning customer. Apparently that is no longer the case and customer loyalty is not worth anything. Why would you encourage hopping?

    Hey @Fidomobile . I was just kicked off live chat after waiting almost an hour!! I really need you to stop sending me marking material in the mail. This is the 4th time that I am trying to stop this. We can't even get the service you provide at our current address!!!!

    @Fidomobile , I am already on a 50$ 10 gb data plan. Black Friday fido deal is offering a 50$ 12 gb plan... How do I get the additional data?? ... It's been impossible to connect with customer care

    @Fidomobile Both times I have called support support I’ve waited 35 min + and been hung up on BOTH times. Terrible customer service. No internet and draining my data to WFH.

    Hey @Fidomobile I know sometime an item can't be availlable, but when it's a used one on your site and it can take up to 2 weeks to ship it, I rather have the option to cancel a two years plan and bring my old one instead so I can use the service i'm paying with a working cell.
