    @Fidomobile will have you on hold for 2 hrs, only for the customer care agent to come back saying 'sorry' & that they can't help Pretty much, we should call unto God because @FidoSolutions is not in the business of explaining to their customers the discrepancies in their bill 💀

    Pretty disappointed with @Fidomobile . Long term customer waiting on a cheque over payment since Feb. 17th of this year. RIDICULOUS. Seems they really don't value their customers. Customer service consistently blame the "system" for my wait. #disappointing #customerexperience

    @Fidomobile I have always had bad customer experience with Fido, and have decided that I will start looking at my options with different providers.

    Great service @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions. Modem unfortunately broke down. Support and in-store service will get high marks after diagnosing if we needed a new modem. Easy return and pickup. Now up and running with no problem.

    I contacted my bank IMMEDIATELY after @Fidomobile told me they were stealing my $100. I full 100% do NOT recommend doing business with them. They continued to charge my account for MONTHS after my contract was already over and charged me 2 Full Months of Service after ..(ctd)

    @Fidomobile poor customer service. I was promised 120 cad for phone upgrade which they are denying now and disconnected my call. I even followed up with them couple of times for this but no use.

    @Fidomobile How come my connection got compromised then? Got worse when I upgraded my account. And customer service is not the greatest by the way... Took 3 months to get back the connection I had, and this should've been an upgrade...

    @Fidomobile It used to be really easy to talk to human when we needed customer services, now you shove Jack the A.I in our faces and burry access to human agents so you fatten your bottom-line. What a disgusting capitalistic move!🐷

    Hi @Fidomobile HELP please. Charge for a service I didn't add to my plan & didn't use, it doubled the bill. I had it removed but fido wont back date it to when fido added it. Now fido's saying they cant fix it & I must pay or fido will cut the phone line. Pirate much?
