    @Fidomobile That's not correct..we should talk directly to customer service any time ..if I pay my bill two days later are you guys won't charge me the interest? Then why do I have to wait for two days to talk with customer service

    @Fidomobile Sorry to say, but it does everything but help, Cheniette! Should have a failsafe to connect to a live agent if somebody wants to, as opposed to forcibly offering a callback! I did book a callback though, and will look forward to discussing what’s going on! This has me concerned!

    @Fidomobile was in middle of getting help to navigate web page ,in middle of transaction was disconnected ,left in limbo

    @Fidomobile Can you please confirm if this toll-free for international callers from India? Isnit reachable via Skype or other voip methods? Whats the best way to dial-in not being charged for the same and what are the support hours and days that this number is available for?

    @Fidomobile What do I need to do to receive a call or cancel my service? I have already called customer service and scheduled a callback twice, but nothing has worked. I no longer want to keep waiting, I just want this issue resolved.
