    How is @Fidomobile an actual “tele-communications” company? 🤷🏾 how can you not be able to talk to anyone? I’m embarrassed to say I’ve been a customer for 20 years! 🤬 Their “Artificial Intelligence” is built off their “Actual Intelligence” so nothing works #IKNOWFRANZ

    @Fidomobile I have been trying to cancel my phone service by calling your company multiple times. Each time I inform the representative that I wish to cancel my line, they hang up on me. This is unacceptable and reflects very poor service. Please address this issue asap

    @lynn130415 no one @Fidomobile dosent let u cancel ur phone plan then @Rogers threatens u with credit score issues and then eventually ur phone is cut off. then they offer u deals for how much little they r willing to settle with u when u wanted to cancel the plan before accumulating charges

    @Fidomobile @Rogers how can you only have virtual customer service? I have an issue that they can not resolve and the earliest I can speak with a human is Wednesday morning … how is this possible? This is unacceptable service!!!!

    @Fidomobile @nsafiys Pls I need help with my Fido account. Got a called yesterday from Fido to make a complain and the next mail I got was my account has been changed to a mobile plan of $45 monthly This is really wrong and I didn’t request for such. *** Fido should contact me immediately to correct
