@RE_MarketWatch @GS_patriotic1 @Fidomobile Why get bent out of shape about this **** though? You can see, clearly, from the mads public outrage, that these girls are in the wrong, and that society overwhelmingly thinks its wrong. So, you're winning. These kids are stupid little shits and you'll never meet them.

@Fidomobile hey fido, I am Harsimran Singh. I am ex-user of Fido. I am really sad to say that your services are really bad. I recieved an e-mail from Fido mobile 2 months ago. It said i have a bill due on my name, but the account number was not mine. To be continued...

@Fidomobile First, your winback called and me join FIDO.. and now, why are you guys charging me 3 times my monthly plan, and upon reaching you out from the last three days, your phone reps can't answer why! So after putting me on hold for 48 minutes, they hang up!

Hey @Fidomobile When will your Customer Service Supervisor return my call? I’ve been waiting since January.

@Fidomobile I would request you to look into a wrong bill sent to me, and not getting any support to fix it. The customer support associates are not providing answers, and already know the issue but are unable to fix it.

@Fidomobile I have been trying to request a call back from customer support and it’s been 30 mins already and your AskJack chat agents are just wasting my time unnecessarily. How can I request a simple call back from customer support?

lmao @Fidomobile sucks so bad they have been scamming me for the last year by giving me a bunch of chargers “for free” … and then making me finance them for $6 a month for the last year without telling me 🙃 I’ve been too busy to notice the upcharges til now

@Fidomobile has charged me almost 5 times my monthly fee, 7 phone calls and two visits to their store, no success. Worst mistake I’ve ever made.

@roof_talks @Fidomobile People use phone numbers as a method of signing in to things? Email addresses are typically what's used for usernames because they're more secure, and offer a good channel to send "password reset" emails. Why would someone use their phone number for a login?
