    @Fidomobile your customer service sucks & tells me to sign in online. I have been with you since 2005! I can't get into my account onelineThe guy at the booth couldn't help me. He also couldn't take off the $10monthly additional fee that I don't use and never gave permission to.

    @Fidomobile needs help with their system. 2min automated call through 5 options to be told to click a link in a text to get a call back to another 2min of chatbot to find out that calls will be made in a few hours... Sorry but that's bad #UX.

    @CircularLogic89 @Fidomobile Yes they just told me about that now. My issue is before I went on vacation I was told 20 day max and rest won’t have to pay they didn’t mention anything about billing cycle. I asked her so many times so I’ll pay 300 and that’s it. Now being told something else…

    Wow @Fidomobile customer service is just garbage. They must be taking a page from the Air Canada book of service. It used to be so easy to talk to a HUMAN BEING !

    @Fidomobile Fido company released information to all customers service, if customers didn't ask $25 credit, the guys can't mention this credit to customers. Fido is playing game with all fido customers. Don't trust fido and Rogers company.
