@rasendunanavati @Fidomobile @Rogers Exactly the same issue..have a similar phone and been billed 84 bucks on this with no reversal by Fido. Phone interaction- I2429037112

  • dilipjadeja25 Dilip Jadeja (@dilipjadeja25) reported

@Fidomobile is making my life worse. Can’t even speak to customer representatives

  • _v_e_n 櫘 🦊🍡 in CA 🎻📷 (@_v_e_n) reported

@opinionated_fin @Fidomobile I filed a complaint to CCTS, let see if you want to do that also. No service is provided during the transition except of charging me for $75 when I have a perfectly fine device is unacceptable.

  • Prateek_Garg95 Prateek Garg (@Prateek_Garg95) reported

@Fidomobile You added an $84 charge for my 3G to 5G migration—even though I upgraded to an iPhone 14 from Fido and was told there’d be no charge. I’ve called multiple times, was told it’s removed, but it’s STILL showing in the app. Please fix this ASAP. Extremely fed up. #worst

  • SchnauzerPoppa 🍀Kevan Houlihan (@SchnauzerPoppa) reported

@Fidomobile I've been on hold with them now for 28 minutes. It's a nightmare. If you want to save customers and your jobs, get rid of your ridiculous AI support. I'm currently looking at Bell right now. They have REAL people to help you.

  • Doucet3 Cody Doucet (@Doucet3) reported

@Fidomobile I’ve tried it 5 times every time it asks if I would like to schedule a callback I say yes, then the very next response is “I’m unable to help you call back again later” in a quiet room so there’s no margin or error thinking the system heard something.

  • SchnauzerPoppa 🍀Kevan Houlihan (@SchnauzerPoppa) reported

Hey, Happy **** Day. Just wanted to say I HATE @Fidomobile customer service. I have huge regrets for coming back to this provider. My advice, stay far away.

  • BCOKViews Gene Sullivan (@BCOKViews) reported

@_v_e_n @renukamendiss @Fidomobile No issues with Bell at all using their VoLTE right?

  • RobynWinsEnnit Robyn L: Itisahwâkan (@RobynWinsEnnit) reported

@Fidomobile Hey, Fido - can you explain please, why or how phone numbers that are blocked on your service line, can still call and leave messages/texts on the phone number that's blocked them?

  • BCOKViews Gene Sullivan (@BCOKViews) reported

@OmaruSensei @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Got a call back from Fido - customer retention rep perhaps - Advised to get a new sim card at a FIDO kiosk free of charge.
