@Fidomobile why must I continuously be hung up on when calling fido help line and directed to talk to jack helps which is a bot and wait in line to chat? Why cant I talk to a live person? This is ludicrous!

When i complaint them online and they said we can’t do anything about it. Pathetic service. Moreover they said you can use our sim for 14 days. But it isn’t working too. I switched from rogers to fido and now i end up having nothing. 3/3 @Fidomobile

Worst customer experience at Fido mobile. I bought a phone plan with phone and phone was having issues so i asked them to replace it, but they refused to do it and simply asked me to return the device and their plan. So I returned it just after using one day. @Fidomobile
