@FidoSolutions April 19 both my husband and I had no network or data on our phones for over 24 hours. All other service providers provided a credit to their customers. Why is @Fidomobile doing nothing? Kindly look into this.

@Fidomobile was offered a plan and they agreed on it and now they took a flip on their words. Horrible customer service and they never fulfill their promises for the existing customers . Regret to be with Fido.

RE: @Fidomobile incompetence. We called to schedule the move of our internet in the coming weeks, and immediately our internet fell and our account was disabled. We've been like this for hours, no one gives us a solution. We need it for our jobs, we've been unable to work.

@Fidomobile I can't login to the My Account app anymore. Everytime I try to login it just crashes after I submit the login form. I already tried resetting the password to make sure it wasn't just a wrong password. It just started happening today, I'm on Pixel 4.
