@Fidomobile Can't stand new cust service. I have a tech support issue, Fido MAKES you select a call back date/time that is almost always the next day and "only 2 slots" left if same day. I have no service and I am FORCED to wait!?! Where is the queue to wait on phone? UNACCEPTABLE!!

@Fidomobile Can't reach customer service, probably because my account is cancelled. But I'm still getting billed! Help!

@Fidomobile Twice now we have been charged roaming fees, from the US, yet we haven't left the country in 25 years. We've tried to contact them and were told we have to schedule a call back, three days later. WTF? Time for a new provider.

@Fidomobile 1st time - nobody called 2nd time - "Our system is down please call back tomorrow" 3rd time - after speaking for 45 mins, "Our system is down please call back tomorrow" There is 0 satisfaction, 0 resolution, & seems like 0 effort given by Fido.

@Fidomobile The problem is that I won’t be in Canada at that time. Since I’m leaving before the 4 weeks, I need you to refund my money earlier or in some other way.

@Fidomobile Thank you for your reply. I’m sorry, but I’m not comfortable speaking on the phone due to a past negative experience with a customer service call. I would really appreciate it if we could resolve this matter through DM or email instead.

@Fidomobile so it's not bad enough I have to wait 5 1/2 hours to talk to someone, now you send me a text saying their call can be any time between 730 and 8. Why the hell did I pick a time? Yeah, once my phones paid off I'm gone, this is BS.

@Fidomobile are you guys keeping this automated phone system where it takes 5 1/2 hours to hear back from an actual person? Or is this something you're just testing? Because I will cancel my service if this is the future of Fido.
