Hasan Unlu (@hasanun03898098) reportedWooow @Rogers @Fidomobile you claim to be the number 1 yet there is no support after 7 or 8 pm. I transferred my number from Fido to Rogers replied YES and still got a cancelled after 90 mins message. Now support is closed and I cannot call anyone. What a joke. Shame!

Chelle (@traaashpanda) reportedIt’s wild to me that @Fidomobile, which is essentially @Rogers doesn’t have customer service on a Sunday? They’ll let you sign up for their services but if something goes wrong … get ****** :) No ported phone number means no calls. No text. No 2FA.

Deep (@djdeeep) reported@Fidomobile has the worst access to customer service and technical support I've had in my life. I think I made a huge mistake signing up with them! #mobilefail

cleantecher (@cleantecher) reported@lynn130415 no one @Fidomobile dosent let u cancel ur phone plan then @Rogers threatens u with credit score issues and then eventually ur phone is cut off. then they offer u deals for how much little they r willing to settle with u when u wanted to cancel the plan before accumulating charges

Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile My issue is that I'm with Bell right now, and I haven't moved my number over (thankfully). This means that I'm stuck with a temporary Fido number that I would need to pay to port out to another provider. So I'm forced to call in order to cancel.

Devin Riegle (@deriegle) reported@tearingItUp786 @Fidomobile It feels like people implemented this on day one of ChatGPT launch and never improved it from some alpha software It’s just an excellent example of tech debt at this point (we’ll fix it later and nobody does) I haven’t found a automatic chatbot experience I actually enjoy

Aephraim Steinberg (@QuantumAephraim) reported@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile ChatGPT seems correct: "What you saw is not accidental: AskJack has hard stop conditions. . .: Pushes a canned message. . . Disables input to prevent further escalation Repeating “agent,” “human,” or “callback” does not override this..."–@Fido has PROGRAMMED it to REFUSE to help.

Kappil Dev Sharma (@KayDeeAse) reported@madebygoogle I am facing huge latency issue in my Pixel 9 mobile. Bought on Jan 2025, If there is big issue without physical damage. Why Google doesn't support in replacement? As I am paying 60 dolar monthly as postpaid customer in @Fidomobile. It's so terrible.

Unapologetic Queen✨ (@_FucknBossChick) reported@soban_shaikh @Fidomobile Yeah. Their customer service has really gone downhill the last few years. I stayed with them so long because of the customer service but now it’s why I will be leaving unfortunately.
