  @1111SpiritualBb @Fidomobile Hope you post a follow up here. Almost NO competition in banking, telcos, etc means they can all ditch customer service staff in order to maximize profits, dividends, executive bonuses, etc.

  @Fidomobile please switch me back to LTE. This switch to "5G" has made my phone slower, everything takes longer to open, chatgpt takes forever to give answers now. Podcasts just stop streaming as I randomly lose service. Switch us back, 5G isn't ready and it sucks.

Got a called yesterday from Fido to make a complain and the next mail I got was my account has been changed to a mobile plan of $45 monthly This is really wrong and I didn’t request for such. *** Fido should contact me immediately to correct

  @Fidomobile you are sick. You customer support rep at the retail store are disrespectful and provide 0 help and empathy. He has been losing money monthly by an account that is not for him but has his credit card on and no one can help us cancel this account. Scammers
