    @mysoulblazing @Fidomobile In all honesty I can wait a bit, we're in a fortunate situation here and in reality I do have time. But I shouldn't have to, and Fido's service let me down, and I pay a lot, and I'm not going to keep doing that because now I realize it's been for nothing.

    When @Rogers and @Fidomobile say “Some” user have interruptions do they mean the entire network? -Asking for a friend whose service is down! ;) Ugh 12 hours and counting, hope it’s resolved soon. Time is money.

    @Fidomobile I've kept my account and those of my family at full capacity through the pandemic in case we needed to use them. If they're not there when I need it, why am I paying almost $300/month for my family's service? Short answer: I sure won't be now.

    @Fidomobile if this outage goes on for a lengthy time can we get rebates on our plans for the day(s) it was out? Im not hating I'm just wondering.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Interruptions?!? When the network is down completely, that is not an interruption! Why did it take so long for Fido to say anything!!!

    Hey @Fidomobile I was told I wouldn't be charged a set up fee by two reps and I just got my bill and there it is 🙃 can't call so what do I do to fix?
