    Just opened a 4th phone line with @Fidomobile. They’re trying to charge me $80 for doing this - when the set up should’ve been free. Now I have to wait five days to talk to an agent because that’s how poor Fido’s customer service has become.

    @Fidomobile was signing for a new plan and as usual nothing worked , submitted license and photo then shows message need more information and a contact number shows that is not in service, bunch of incompetent…

    @JollySweets @Fidomobile @VirginPlus It's ridiculous. The explanation is hilarious "in order to improve our service offering, we're charging you 5 bucks. Thanks for being a longtime customer!".

    @Fidomobile Fido is down in manitoba cant make calls or receive cant text and no data bill is fully paid cant get to speak to a person at fido its been down for over 2 hrs now

    @Fidomobile My Bell plan is actually even cheaper than the one with Fido thanks to some special discounts, so I was actually willing to go up a bit higher for the supposedly better Rogers network. I am not impressed. No big deal though right? (3/21)

    @Fidomobile You charged me 126$ instead of my normal monthly fees. Trying to reach your support since last 2 days. No luck, no call back. Before I go other routes I want to try here.

    @TrcTrials123 @Fidomobile That sounds incredibly frustrating. Billing errors that take multiple channels to resolve are the worst. Hope they sort it out for you soon.

    @Fidomobile I will never use Fido again even after unsubscribing to their emails I did not want when I started my account they won’t stop harassing me I’m getting hundreds of emails every month **** you fido you pieces of **** 💩 it’s been years I’m done
