    @Fidomobile I live in Windsor. While I was sleeping I received a text saying I was roaming in the US. Now I alternate between no service and a weak T-Mobile for literally seconds. What is the issue? I have a medical condition and need my phone.

    @BobbyGarabet @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Vidéotron did the exact same stupid thing a few weeks back. Took them hours to update Twitter. Nothing on their web site, app, phone message etc. They had tens of thousands of people plugging and unplugging routers around the province. So dumb. Companies please learn !
