    @Fidomobile Hi Team, I've been using your services on roaming network for a month now. Everytime my phone restarts, I'm charged a roaming fee. Happened twice so far. Could you please revert the charges as I feel these shouldn't be there as I have not made any calls/text/data.

    @Fidomobile Hello Fido, I received one email confirmation from you on Dec 27 for my new mobile plan without any reply email address I can contact to you as the plan have many issues! I called back to you at 17:15 and the phone line waiting time is more than 56 minutes?

    Hi @Fidomobile I changed my plan but I was billed higher. I am trying to reach your customer service but I am not able to connect. The calls have a huge waiting time and the live chat is disconnected by the customer support person. Due to this my payment due date has passed.

    @Fidomobile I want to cancel my cell phone service with Fido but find it impossible to get through to them. If they are deliberately trying to discourage people from cancelling by making them wait extended periods on the phone, this is a reason to not sign up with them at all.

    @Fidomobile Why am I being billed $16.95 for a tablet I was told was charge free? I tried calling and was on hold for an hour. Drove to a FIDO and they said they can’t make any changes as it has to be done over the phone. FIDO…you’re terrible.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I used Fido for 10 days but due to network issue at basement, I switched to another network. Then why my bill is still showing. 15 days are trial period.
