I’m extremely disappointed in @Fidomobile. I went over my data by 101 MB and I’m being charged $14! Spoke to customer service and they said they charged me $7 per 100 MB meaning I’m getting charged $7 for 1 lousy MB. No remedy, just suggested to change my plan. #switching

Just spent an HOUR speaking to Fido representatives to not have anything solved. Nothing is more irritating. BUT NOT TO WORRY, I’ll be contacted I’m 3-5 business days. Very disappointed with @Fidomobile customer service.

Been a loyal customer with @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile, is this seriously how you treat customers... I never should have left @virginmobilecan .... never had a carrier try to rip me off before

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions so after 42minutes on hold I got an automated "sorry we can't take your call, thank you for understanding" and you guys just hung up on me. How should I rate that customer service? PS. I am also paying for internet that isn't working so please factor that in too
