    @Fidomobile Yes, the appointment is in two days. By then, I might as well go to a store and have the issue resolved myself. What’s the point of offering "online customer service" if urgent issues can’t be addressed in a timely manner?@Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile I have to opt out of default roaming and opt for payment per use before my afternoon flight tomorrow. Help me with that .

    @Fidomobile Thx Maude, we arrived at our international destination and roaming did not work as expected, ended up making alternative arrangements and canceled my service with Fido.
