    Just opened a 4th phone line with @Fidomobile. They’re trying to charge me $80 for doing this - when the set up should’ve been free. Now I have to wait five days to talk to an agent because that’s how poor Fido’s customer service has become.

    @Rogers @Fidomobile WHY IS YOUR CUSTOMER/TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM SO BAD!? NOBODY SPEAKS FLUENT ENGLISH AND IT TAKES DAYS TO GET A CALL BACK. Ridiculous. Slap in the face to customers who have been with you for years. I'm switching.

    @Fidomobile My case was closed without any explanation on 2g use. C214095741 Waited 2 hours on call 4 transfers and no resolution.

    I've been trying to cancel my phone line with @Fidomobile, and as far as I can tell, they've made it completely impossible to do that. Every time I've called (4 times) and gotten to the point where the rep realizes they can't convince me to stay, they hang up.

    @Fidomobile REFUSES to close my account even though I have moved out of the country! They are still taking money from my bank account. They will only cancel with LIVE AGENT. I have called 15+ times on hold 1-3 HOURS before disconnected by them!
