Jrü Gordon (@JruGordon37) reported@RogersHelps @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile is there a known issue with landline CTNs calling Rogers and Fido wireless CTNs? I'm on Fido and can't call from ANY landline to my wireless CTN. Have no issues calling from a wireless CTN to my CTN.

Shrikant Gupta (@Shrikan15918909) reported@Fidomobile Shame on you @Fidomobile @RogersHelps — 24+ hrs and no callback. After onboarding me back, you became irresponsible. Ambassador agent Chinedu misled me with false info. Fed up with this scam-like experience. Kindly confirm my issue ASAP or I’ll move back to my old provider.

Armand Swarts (@Smokeywoodbones) reported@Fidomobile So this is prioritized over taking care of current customers? A friend with a recently deactivated phone needs to reactivate but without the fido number active there are 0 means of reaching customer service. Chatbox non-functional, no ability to reach anyone on phone.
-
I Don't PC (@Hendy111) reported@Fidomobile why has it taken 7 phone calls so far, problem still not sorted out, for our Black Friday phone that never made it to us, was sent back to you, then cancelled and now you want to raise our monthly bill with no phone in hand yet. And we’ve been charged for everything.
-
Intrepid Critic (@Who_knewit) reported@Fidomobile please switch me back to LTE. This switch to "5G" has made my phone slower, everything takes longer to open, chatgpt takes forever to give answers now. Podcasts just stop streaming as I randomly lose service. Switch us back, 5G isn't ready and it sucks.
-
SM (@Sabisweet_s) reported@Fidomobile honestly so disappointed. Been a loyal customer for YEARS and there’s zero appreciation for long-time customers. No help, no solutions. Loyalty clearly means nothing.
-
Pete (@floofydoofbkup) reported@Fidomobile its impossible to get thru to an actual person in customer service and i am heavily considering leaving my contract early because of this
-
Aephraim Steinberg (@QuantumAephraim) reported@Fidomobile What is wrong with your custserv? AskJack is 100% useless, then tells me to phone. On hold for 30 minutes, I go to AskJack to request a callback & it says "maybe I can help you first." When I say it can't, it says again "Call us at 1-877-331-9209" & disables typing.

🇨🇦Palmer says: You can't accept the truth! (@001PalmerA) reportedMan @Fidomobile and @Rogers Your customer service really sucks now. Now we have to schedule a appointment with your stupid ******* AI. That is so stupid it only cares about paying bills. So if we want to speak to a human being about a issue with a bill or account. It BS!

sohail (@sohail87033951) reportedRequested @Fidomobile to close my account, but instead was pushed to keep paying for unused services. Now facing unnecessary charges& collection harassment. If closed on time, this issue wouldn’t exist. Authorities should investigate such practices. @CRTCeng #ConsumerRights #Canada
