@Fidomobile how do I get you guys to tell me why you did a credit check last month without prior notice? I hadn't requested a device or connection. I have no clarity after explaining to the customer service person who transferred the call which dropped.

@Fidomobile Cannot imagine as bad service as possible. Fido does not need customers. They are happy to cancel connections and asking customers to move to other service providers. Insanely insane

@Fidomobile Thanks to Fido for this action, but apparently, you still calculate the calls to Iran in the bills, and that's why my phone has been blocked for two days, and unfortunately, I've been stuck on the customer service department's phone line for hours. Leave a direct number to solve.

@Fidomobile I love how Fido does one thing right and makes their service better in one aspect and then goes right ahead to take 492 steps back that puts them way behind everyone else. I just need to speak to a human being, why do I gotta jump thru a million hoops?
