    @Fidomobile . Hey Fido , how about hiring some people that can actually understand ENGLISH when you do callbacks . Something that should take about 1 minute has gone on for 20 . Your customer service is the absolute worst in all of Canada

    @Fidomobile I ended my contract with you on August 25th, yet you still bombard me with emails claiming I owe you $200+. Your online chat team won’t resolve it and I can’t visit in store or call because I no longer live in Canada. Please fix this before you ruin my credit score.

    @Fidomobile was signing for a new plan and as usual nothing worked , submitted license and photo then shows message need more information and a contact number shows that is not in service, bunch of incompetent…

    The @Fidomobile customer service is probably the most god awful chat/phone line I’ve ever experienced. And I worked for be. Guarantee I’ll get a tweet back faster than their callback request.

    @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile is there a known issue with landline CTNs calling Rogers and Fido wireless CTNs? I'm on Fido and can't call from ANY landline to my wireless CTN. Have no issues calling from a wireless CTN to my CTN.
