    @Fidomobile How come my connection got compromised then? Got worse when I upgraded my account. And customer service is not the greatest by the way... Took 3 months to get back the connection I had, and this should've been an upgrade...

    I contacted my bank IMMEDIATELY after @Fidomobile told me they were stealing my $100. I full 100% do NOT recommend doing business with them. They continued to charge my account for MONTHS after my contract was already over and charged me 2 Full Months of Service after ..(ctd)

    @judes1487 @Fidomobile Same. My phone won’t connect to any service at all. And of course Fido doesn’t have customer service after 5pm on Sundays.

    Very disappointed with @Fidomobile, they literally have no good plans to offer to their loyal customers. I have been with fido for like forever, and never really complained before, but I do feel that I am paying a lot right now as compare to many of their new customers.

    I can't believe I got hustled into spending more money and you guys are blaming a store associate instead of fixing the issue. Does the store associate not work for @Fidomobile ? Way to piss off a 15 yr customer. Hey @VancityReynolds you have mobile company right?
