@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile giving customers credit equivalent to a fee for one day is not enough. Thats just crazy! How about you ask your customers how much money did they lose because of your service being down for that day? This is totally insane and unfair. fidooutage

  • charley_ken Ken Charley (@charley_ken) reported

@Fidomobile I signed up for $30/mo and I’m getting an initial bill of $88.03. I was told that there were no service charges for joining Fido. Please I need some explanation?

@CircularLogic89 @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Correct. But as a company they should let consumers know that such a “minor” ( in their words) update could cause such a major outage. We were not made aware before and not until hours into it.

Hey @Fidomobile , got my new phone, followed your instructions for setting up the new SIM, copying data from old phone to new one, updating the SIM, but I have no phone/data working on new phone. Help?

  • cyril0 Cy Cyril (@cyril0) reported

@Fidomobile So are you ever going to tell us how critical infrastructure received a software update on a monday morning? Patches NEVER get issued on Mondays in enterprise, so what really happened? How much of our data was stolen?

  • Willillillillil Will R. (@Willillillillil) reported

@FidoSolutions I called the fraud department today again and left a message again and again. Not available. And normal customer service is not able to help me because I can't access my account - my account has been suspended because of THAT FRAUD ISSUE!!! Unbelievable. @Fidomobile 2/2

I must have reached the most miserable customer service agent at @TekSavvyBuzz this morning. I only wanted to know your best prices for internet as @Fidomobile have some offers out there😭”check online, we have no offers, prices are online” #helpful 🙄 ...

@rishabhkhullar @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Pandemic or not, no provider can guarantee service.

  • maplelake13 Mike (@maplelake13) reported

@Rogers @Fidomobile what a joke its making you feel better by giving your customers a credit to the equivalent of 1 day? The day we had no service anyway? Do you think your clients are happy about the 1 day credit that may be only $2-$3 per...yet alot of people lost more (1of2)
