    @Fidomobile @RogersHelps I was convinced to return with the promise of FREE US calling but now I’m being charged. A/C No 507570791. Called brand ambassador team many times.lady who sold me the plan is “never at her desk” & no callback yet. This feels misleading. Please fix ASAP

    Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!

    @Fidomobile Fido failed to fix fido app, after one month and 20 days when eventually quit fido they fixed it and send an email to me saying your app is fixed and account is linked to youe account. Whats the point in doing this when I already quitt. this is waht fido serves like.
