  @Fidomobile @Rogers I AM HAVING TROUBKE REGARDING BILLING ISSUES WITH FIDO AND SINCE IT HAS BEEN TAKEN BY ROGERS AS A CUSTOMER I HAVE SUFFERED A LOT WOUOD REWYEST EVERYONE NOT TO TAKE FIDO. IT HAS ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TO EVER EXIST THEY CANT EVEN FIND U IN SYSTEM

  Looking for a new cell phone carrier as @Fidomobile is absolutely terrible. They can offer a plan for $45/month to new customers but existing customers have to pay $65 for the same plan.

  @Fidomobile Trying to cancel my service, but there’s no way to speak to a human. No appointments until next week, when I’ll be out of Canada. Very frustrating.
