The annoying thing is that the actual service itself is excellent I have recommended it many times in the last. Their customer service is total garbage tho

But I've already received the first bill which includes the setup fee, earlier waived off by the store. Shall I rant here or you guys will fix this?

Sadly, as an 11 yr loyal customer your offer was $600 more over 24 month vs offer from Telus. Any chance we can make something work to keep me for 2 more years so we can celebrate 13 years!
