    @Fidomobile It got fixed. Fido refused to acknowledge it was your cellular system. Once articles came out your company did something. Terrible service.

    Whoever's idea it was to get rid of customer service and have chatbots pretend to attend to customer needs is an idiot of the highest order. Seriously! How can you need someone for help but get no one except to schedule a stupid call back which you barely receive. @Fidomobile

    Requested @Fidomobile to close my account, but instead was pushed to keep paying for unused services. Now facing unnecessary charges& collection harassment.If closed on time,this issue wouldn’t exist. Authorities should investigate such practices. @CRTCeng #ConsumerRights #Canada

    @Fidomobile so now there is a giant outage of RCS. It’s all over the news. Can you tell the public when this will be fixed since you have denied it all this time.

    Hey @Rogers @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions You can't just change the monthly phone plan prices whenever you want. We agreed on a set price that doesn't change for as long as we have It. We don't care about your investment in 5G network that you've trained your reps to tell us.

    @Fidomobile can you all imagine my voice mail is in French and I can’t get a hold anyone until Tuesday at 3:30pm. Because Fido’s customer service is in Indian. I have been with Fido for 20 years

    @Fidomobile I have tried to cancel my mobile data plan and the only way to do so is by calling. I cannot do this because I am not living in Canada anymore and the international number does not work.
