    @Fidomobile It is ridiculous that the Customer Service made mistakes on account activity so my friend and I were not able to get the any bill credit. I even got an email saying that I will get the credit in 2-3 billing cycles with my friend’s. 🤷😵

    @Fidomobile Placed order for iphone 12 on the fido website twice. The credit is charged twice and there is no order confirmation and website would just loader/progress bar for ever. Fido customer service don't agree that there is any problem with there website. So frustrated!!

    @RogersHelps @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I have a recording of a manager at Fido promising me that someone from head office at rogers will call me to fix the issue caused by a staff that did not know Fido procedures and no one has emailed or called me. I need help.

    @Fidomobile I am going to switch to another service provider when my contract ends in a few months! I will not recommend anyone to Fido. Terrible customer service experience!
