    @Fidomobile Hey, Fido - can you explain please, why or how phone numbers that are blocked on your service line, can still call and leave messages/texts on the phone number that's blocked them?

    @Fidomobile I've been on hold with them now for 28 minutes. It's a nightmare. If you want to save customers and your jobs, get rid of your ridiculous AI support. I'm currently looking at Bell right now. They have REAL people to help you.

    Can we put a pause on #AI customer service until it’s figured out better? I have yet to have it be helpful. Maybe all that you charge for service could be used to hire humans? @Fidomobile @LeonsFurniture ?

    @Fidomobile I’ve tried it 5 times every time it asks if I would like to schedule a callback I say yes, then the very next response is “I’m unable to help you call back again later” in a quiet room so there’s no margin or error thinking the system heard something.

    @Fidomobile I was charged my plan amount for both my lines even though both are on a temporary suspension and has been for months now (it’s still actively on the temporary suspension). When I try to reach out for support there’s only robots available and they don’t understand.

    Your phone signal says emergency calls only and you can't call @Fidomobile right away cause they have that stupid call back service! For what? Useless! **** @Fidomobile I'm leaving 😤 the competitors have better pricing and signal!!!!
