    @Fidomobile 7+ hours on the phone with your care agents and their supervisors over the last week and I still don't know what's going on with my case. Honestly the #WORST customer experience ever! WILL NOT RECOMMEND Fido to anyone ever again. #Fido

    @Fidomobile help! My phone & my husband's phone (Google & iPhone) keep losing the ability to hear the other person. It's been three days. Anyone who calls us or who we call has this issue. We’ve reset our phones. Not fixed. Can't call in for help either. Can't hear the prompts.

    @FidoSolutions Hi Van, I have a phone contract with Telus as well (and I was with Rogers before that for 12 years) and I have never faced such an issue. Make sure YOU find smarter ways to steal from people. I will make sure everyone knows about this problem with WhatsApp and @Fidomobile 👏👏

    @Fidomobile I am a new user,I tried to sign up online but there was an issue with my credit check.I called Fido to solve it and requested "Express Pickup" your representative insisted that there won't be any additional fees,but when I went to pickup,the store charged me a sim fee

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile No I live alone and its powered off most of the time last month. The support I called said "I would like to trust you" which hurts. I do think the previous number owner tied his Google play with this number which is not fully cleaned when you recycle the number.

    Thanks, @Fidomobile for offering the same deal! For reference, @koodo’s sales rep became extremely rude when I told him I am going to decline their offer because I got a good counter offer by Fido. Also, @kodoo hasn’t posted anything on Twitter for months! It matters!
