@Fidomobile Why is it so impossible to get decent service from Fido? After an hour with an agent, he could not fix my problem because it was a "software problem or something." That was his answer to the problem. He refused my request to speak to a supervisor.

@Fidomobile your call back option on the IVR is advising you to hold for the next representative after inputting the information for the call back. Can you fix this? It’s confusing.
