Jim (@Jim_363) reported@FidoMobile, I’m extremely disappointed with the current customer service experience. After 30 minutes navigating an AI system with no resolution, the only option to speak with a representative was to schedule an appointment a week in advance. As a customer of 20 years, this level of service is unacceptable and has led me to reconsider my loyalty. @Bell, do you currently offer access to live customer service agents for long-term customers?

آسمانگر (@eyesonsky) reported@Rogers @Bell @Fidomobile During the current internet disruptions, please help Iranians stay connected with their families by providing free calling services to Iran. Your support during this difficult time would make a meaningful difference. #DigitalBlackoutIran

richard breath (@richbreath420) reported@Fidomobile does not want to help any customers
-
PeeDee (@dejiadefila) reported@Fidomobile I have rang your office and the line cut off while attending to me but they never got back. I have requested a cancellation of my number but you keep sending me account billings. Why give customers 5-7 days before you reach out?

Canadian Crimes (@canadian_crimes) reported@Fidomobile how is reception even worse with 5g plus zero customer support
-
Hasan Unlu (@hasanun03898098) reportedWooow @Rogers @Fidomobile you claim to be the number 1 yet there is no support after 7 or 8 pm. I transferred my number from Fido to Rogers replied YES and still got a cancelled after 90 mins message. Now support is closed and I cannot call anyone. What a joke. Shame!

🇺🇦 Anna Filina (@afilina) reportedClearly @Fidomobile wants to continue harassing me for money I don't owe. I guess I'll have to make a complaint to the consumer protection office. All this because they don't allow customers to report an invoicing bug, and no reasonable customer support. Incredible.

Tom McIntyre (@Shuzeke) reported@Fidomobile Please help, I accidentally selected change plan on one of my numbers and now I will be charged to pay out my phone amount, it was an accident

Sarah Anderson (@SpirituallyFam) reportedAfter months of trying to resolve ongoing billing issues with @Fidomobile — including data overcharges that occurred while parental controls were active — I’m still waiting for a fair resolution. Partial credits don’t fix the underlying problem. Families deserve transparency and accountability, not exhaustion and confusion. Too many families just concede and pay because they don’t know how to fight back — allowing millions to be made off a faulty system. I won’t quietly accept that. A full reversal and goodwill credit are fair, considering the time, stress, and system failure that caused this. @CCTS_CRTC

Francisco A E Diaz (@F_Ash_Diaz) reported@CircularLogic89 @Fidomobile Would it be too much to ask that these service providers put some sort of a check to charge the roaming like home daily charge only if the data used for the day is over 1MB, especially when they know about these issues ?
