@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions For my account number 917880214 I have been charged for full month where as I disconnected on 22nd Nov. Please help to refund the extra amount charged on my credit card.
@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile you have also disabled the raise a concern form option. Absolute no way to reach customer care via phone or twitter. Over a month of painful customer service experience. No listeners !! @CRTCeng
@n0_usernme @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions No I don’t I only have the xs max so it’s been a while since I upgraded lol as long as my phone works then I really don’t care to jump into the trending model but I wanted to treat my self to a new one lol
@Fidomobile Your attempt to correct my contract has gotten me a charge for $112 for one day of service. No one can fix this? It was supposed to be $1.50!
Why is @Fidomobile such a scam?? You give $5 off offers and keep charging hundreds of dollars without us knowing.Worst job. Account# 921051199. Talked with manager 'Juan'. He can do nothing in this.
@ehsanbutt @Fidomobile It is way worst than that. Fido extra fees appear in you invoice out of blue: $50 charge fees for walking out of family plan, $50 service charge for transfer of responsibility $50 service charge for setting wireless account All that to switch to your own account. Profit pile up
@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Any alert about Fido extra fees customers pay right left and center. The $50 service charge for walking out of family plan, another $50 fees transfer of responsibility (what ?!), $50 fees for setting wireless account. All that just to have your own line instead of family plan
@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile It was someone else from Fido who began the PM conversation a month ago to try to get help that still has not been received. I appreciate that now is a busy time but this started in October so there’s no excuse for the fact this customer is still waiting.
@Fidomobile Your customer care is just tossing calls with other departments and saying things are slow, wait a minute and then put on hold hoping the caller would terminate. I was in line 1:30 hr before they disconnect only to say hello and confirm identity.
from South Glengarry, Ontario
@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I see the app/website are both down - any chance you have an ETA on when this will be back? :)
