    @roof_talks @Fidomobile People use phone numbers as a method of signing in to things? Email addresses are typically what's used for usernames because they're more secure, and offer a good channel to send "password reset" emails. Why would someone use their phone number for a login?

    @Fidomobile hey, do I have to call in to cancel my service? I'm not looking for you guys to do anything, I'm really past the point of wanting to continue with you as my service provider, I just need to know the cheapest way to cancel because you charge for everything now.

    Looks like @Fidomobile has decided their service is so exceptional that it deserves a price hike. I tend to disagree. Who has the best rates going on 2 line plans with minimal/moderate data. @Bell or @TELUS?
