    @Fidomobile has literally caused me so much headache. It’s been one week since I called to get home internet. One broken modem, countless calls to customer service, and waiting for tech to show up at home who never showed up(!!!) later and I still have no internet. 😑😖😖😖

    For one full day service interruption, @rogershelps @Fidomobile decided to give $0.5 credit on May month's bill. Blessed..!!! Two of my critical transactions which I could not complete due to 'No OTPs received' worth 50 cents. 🙏 #fido

    Day 3724 of being offline: @Fidomobile sent me a new iPhone through their insurance company @Brightstar, after I got a defective one. The iPhone is locked and won't even work with their own network...
