@Fidomobile I got a defective device and returned. Fido cannot do anything at this moment as Fido cannot discharge my financing obligation. I was told to call back next week. Another 2-3hour wait, I will never get my new phone, but Fido continue to charge me for no service.

@Fidomobile I am telling the truth. Fido's management does not manage the problem. Lying to customers is not appropriate. I would ask Fido to deal with my issue as soon as possible and explain to me why I am paying for bad services.
@Fidomobile been with the mobile provider since 2010 never once won a draw or contest they have had. #disappointing
