    Anyone on @Fidomobile? Their new AskJack customer service system is the WOOOOORST. You can’t call them to talk to a rep anymore. It defers you to AskJack to schedule a callback. Just tried that and it said to call to get a code to return to AskJack to schedule a callback. WTF!!?

    @Fidomobile Good luck if you can use it even 50 mb coz the internet service is still down by fido & rogers…
