Now For no fault of mine I have lost my customized offer. So @Fidomobile this is unprofessional and very poor processes for customer service. Considering the fiasco that happened with @RogersMobileCa I was hoping you guys will learn something about customer service.

But looks like your team does care about loyal customers. They are only stuck with your dated processes which make customer run from one channel to the other with no resolution. Time to switch. @TELUS @Bell do you guys care for customers? Or do you guys follow the @Fidomobile way

Last week I cancelled my @Fidomobile service & moved over to @Bell, where I upgraded to the iPhone 13 Pro. When asked today by Fido why I left, I had two reasons: (1) July 8th: the poor communication and almost insulting 5 day credit and (2) the lack of 5G (by Fido).

@Fidomobile I am unable to contact any customer service agent by calling 611. It always sends me to bot. How can I close my account? My account contains 2 mobile numbers. I found the service of Fido is getting worse.

@Fidomobile ATTENTION: I HAVE HAD AN ACCOUNT FOR 15 YEARS. I HAVE SPENT 4 HRS OVER THE PAST 3 DAYS TRYING TO TALK TO SOMEONE ON THE PHONE. WHEN I TRY "ASK JACK" MY PROBLEM IS TOO COMPLEX TO DO OVER CHAT. IN TEARS TWICE NOW. I WILL BE LEAVING FIDO AND TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS.

@Fidomobile - pathetic customer service. You send an “exclusively for you” offer which I opt for and place and order. Your store does not have the stock in spite of website showing it in stock. Dont know why you guys make us use express pickup if you cant deliver your promise.

If you like having to restart ur phone every day, just so that it will perform its most basic functions, or constantly have to adjust the volume back up from zero while listening to a program, I recommend the @google #pixel6 from @Fidomobile. It's a piece of ****, but who cares?

@Rogers & @Fidomobile are you still reimbursing customers for the wide-scale service interruption recently? We keep getting emails to say the issue wont happen again but our bills are coming in full price when most of us were without service for over 24 hrs & were unable to work
