    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile : My husband, who has a phone with my Fido plan, was out walking earlier night (in Toronto) when he got a text message saying he activated roaming service in the US. But he did not and was not in the US. Any idea how this happened?

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Care to explain?? Your agent,ambassador or whatever, promised me sth on the phone, he made the contract, but when I recieved the contract there is sth else written on it! Now I am forced to pay more (because you lied to me), and customer service is not fixing my problem!!shame!

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I have 4 signal bar No it seems to work find when i send myself a sms. I tried to delete the sms cache and i think it is working so far. Thank you Claudia and have a good day

    I have been relentlessly harassed by your billing department after cancelling my phone service @Fidomobile - you are a terrible company. I'm hopeful to be the next article in a long line of great journalistic reporting about the mess that is the monopoly of cell phone carriers

    So @Fidomobile has a Refer A Friend program offering both people a free month. Been going on since May (but I never heard a thing). I convinced Jordyne to switch to Fido, and the following night, I found out about the program from an email. Now they tell us we can't benefit. Wtf?

    Come on @koodo why beat around the bush. If an existing customer calls and says they can get a better plan @Fidomobile for the same price just give them the deal, even more so when the spouse got the deal without a problem 4 days ago. #failing customer service.

    @Fidomobile I was offered a special plan (and my choice of the financed phone online) by winback and then by twitter team. Based on that promise I switched from Freedom to Fido but now one of your representative here is telling me that the promise can't be fulfilled. Pls help.

    @Michyme1982 @Fidomobile That's sad. I can feel you. I am a new customer and I was ported from other network with a certain promise. After the porting they backtracked from the promise. I had to invest a lot of time and energy to just get what I promised before. (Even after having everything in writing)
