Hello @Fidomobile, I've been unable to access my data for almost a week now and I've tried all options through the automated live chat - I asked to be connected to a specialist, but it wouldn't let me - not sure what's going on, I'm the only one seeing this issue - plz help, thx!

  • hadley4ipswich Philip Hadley (@hadley4ipswich) reported

@Fidomobile I am not giving out personal information over Twitter. How about a complaint email address? I don't have another hour to sit await to but cut by your staff again?

  • MalhiJapnoor Rupinderjit Singh (@MalhiJapnoor) reported

@Fidomobile making fool to customers by matching the plan as you get from other service provider to stop you going with them. But later on you can’t change your device with that plan either pay full amount or change your plan. What a strategy well planned.

  • mallu_moto_vlog G. I. Joe (@mallu_moto_vlog) reported

So @Fidomobile gave me $6 dollars in credit for July 8th outage. And charged me $12 for US roaming when I accidentally dialed voicemail which lasted less than 5 seconds.... Corporate greed has no bounds.

  • lillianferns - (@lillianferns) reported

@FidoSolutions What boggles my mind is why a @Fidomobile representative is not authorized to freeze/cancel transactions reported as being fraudulent within hours of it occurring. Why do you need the fraud department to take action when I am reporting it as such?

  • Vishnouu Vishnu Gupta (@Vishnouu) reported

@Fidomobile @RogersMobileCa Didn’t get refund for the July 8 outage.

  • KBenitaa Benita (@KBenitaa) reported

@Fidomobile do your supervisors like putting people on hold without warning them of the possible wait time or even checking in on them. Like what Rubbish is this? Customer service POUBELLE

  • crisssyta Crysta (@crisssyta) reported

@Fidomobile thanks for nothing, Fido! Impossible to get through even to get in queue over the phone. Directs me to live chat. Live chat agent takes about 20 mins for each reply just to give me answers I already knew. Being a long time customer means nothing esp with offers.

  • FauxPawRL Faux Paw (@FauxPawRL) reported

Jesus Christ @Fidomobile is the single worst company I have ever dealt with and it's not even close. The lack of competition in Canada is absolutely killing us, and I'm not even talking about the Rogers outage last month.
