    @Fidomobile you guys are useless oh. Someone is calling for help for something and all your people want to do is push offers of higher phone & internet bill, upgrade phone or get Mastercard. Couldn’t even help resolve my issue. USELESS!!!

    @Fidomobile please have someone return my call. Apparently the only way to add ny daughter as authorized on my account is to speak to someone via a phone call. But despite your advertising that support is avail 24/7 I can’t reach anyone until Thursday. This is unacceptable. I

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers Wow Fido just tried to cheat me into paying for an account that’s been cancelled for a month. Not only did they cancel and refund for one month but they decided to restart to charge me.. like wtf!!!
