@Fidomobile you are sick. You customer support rep at the retail store are disrespectful and provide 0 help and empathy. He has been losing money monthly by an account that is not for him but has his credit card on and no one can help us cancel this account. Scammers

@Rogers @RogersHelps @Fidomobile This issue has been ongoing since Nov 2025. I signed up for Rogers Internet at Scarborough Town Centre where Sahil Kapre (Salesperson ID: 14010302) promised a $75 bill credit to my Fido account in the 2nd billing cycle. #CustomerService

@Fidomobile @Rogers worst experience getting customer service. $400 a month and can’t get service

Requested @Fidomobile to close my account, but instead was pushed to keep paying for unused services. Now facing unnecessary charges& collection harassment. If closed on time, this issue wouldn’t exist. Authorities should investigate such practices. @CRTCeng #ConsumerRights #Canada

@Fidomobile get your garbage *** support team and contact me. Im so tired of begging for a callback from this **** company, just so that I find out who is using my credit card and to cancel a plan that’s unjustly is using my money.

It’s wild to me that @Fidomobile, which is essentially @Rogers doesn’t have customer service on a Sunday? They’ll let you sign up for their services but if something goes wrong … get ****** :) No ported phone number means no calls. No text. No 2FA.

I want to personally thank @Bell for their exceptional customer service; Something that feels increasingly rare these days. Bell sets a strong example of how customers should be treated. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with @Fidomobile, where customer support and business practices have fallen well short of that standard.

@Fidomobile is there anyone in customer service who is actually willing to help?

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile ChatGPT seems correct: "What you saw is not accidental: AskJack has hard stop conditions. . .: Pushes a canned message. . . Disables input to prevent further escalation Repeating “agent,” “human,” or “callback” does not override this..."–@Fido has PROGRAMMED it to REFUSE to help.
