@Fidomobile - this is a clear case of harassing a former customer to whom credit is due from your organization. A customer who has payed all his bills on time, but the organisation just does not want to pay the refund to the customer and harass him mentally. (Post 6/n)

  • KokoLidia Lydia kkkkkk (@KokoLidia) reported

@Fidomobile Ordered a router form your website where it says that it takes 48 hrs to deliver it. Spoke w/ your customer service today just to find out that the earliest I can get my router is Monday (almost a week since I made an order, not 48 hrs as promised). Empty promises

  • THEROBEGAMING Jayrob2k (@THEROBEGAMING) reported

@Fidomobile I’m online with your customer service. Apparently if your authorized on the account to make changes, you can only add a line. Or change the plan. You can’t subtract a line though? This makes no sense, especially with all the surrounding circumstances with my situ.

  • LuisHoodBorn Luis De La F (@LuisHoodBorn) reported

@Fidomobile how many floors down must I throw my router in order for it to supply internet to my household ?

  • AreElKay Rabab Khan (@AreElKay) reported

After 2 weeks of trying, my complaint did not get resolved by @Fidomobile. My suggestion, do NOT believe anything their agents offer you.

  • M0_0SMAN MOHAMED OSMAN (@M0_0SMAN) reported

. @Fidomobile I've been a customer for 7 years and spent thousands of dollars on service over the years and the customer service I get is a 3 hour phone run around when I'm dispute roaming charges from a country I've never step foot in. Ridiculous...

Happy to get rid of @Fidomobile . Just saw they have been charging me extra for months for some BS. Very sad that I only have 2 followers who can read this. I hope everyone reads it and decide to leave this network. I will try to switch max people I can, i swear.

@Fidomobile - For the past 2 months your team has not been able to refund the credit on my bill. I ported out to a new network on Nov 22, 2020. It's been 2 months and after multiple follow ups - I have not yet recieved the refund / credit ony account. (Post 1/n)
