@Fidomobile is not what it used to be anymore. I see myself forced to end a 7-years-old service from Fido because, apparently, a Fido agent misinforming a client and the client acting on false information is now the COSTUMER'S fault.

  • Mark93434851 Mark Young (@Mark93434851) reported

Just a warning that @Fidomobile is offering a deal where increasing your plan by a few bucks will give you more data, but they'll fail to mention that any discounts you had will be nullified so your plan will actually increase by a lot more. Be careful, because it's irreversible.

@kealune @Fidomobile they are that good i **** you not pls consider going with them over Bell or Rogers, those 2 companies don’t deserve your $$ the more you support Bell/Rogers the more they get to stay being the only popular companies & charging ridiculous prices plus Fido is gay asf ty goodbye

  • reye5y5 Belmod (@reye5y5) reported

This is like the 3rd time I tried to put my free one hour on this month, and everytime I get "we doing maintenance". I'm done with you @Fidomobile. I stayed cuz of this feature, but I never get to use them when I went. Bye bye @Fidomobile hello unlimited @TELUS

  • missmcTO missmc (@missmcTO) reported

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Phone not in stock online. Have to go to a store. Why won't you waive the $50 service fee for the inconvenience which is no fault of the customers?

  • WhoeverFletcher Lauren (@WhoeverFletcher) reported

Switched from @koodo to @fidomobile and was charged the tab bonus for my year old phone. Reason for switch: zero bars. Apparently I should have called koodo to try to fix anyway. Is that really something you could have fixed koodo? #fineprint

@Fidomobile When will the website be up.I have issue with my bill.

  • speedbird Tom George (@speedbird) reported

I'm in downtown Winnipeg and on @Fidomobile I'm flipping between 3G and 2 bars of LTE and data is cutting out. Had other problems with FIDO's network from Barrie to Port Dover. It's 2021 Fido and it's not like you're a discount network.

  • OutoftheboxgirI Andrea L. R (@OutoftheboxgirI) reported
