Two separate calls, 45 minutes later and @Fidomobile customer retention keeps hanging up every time a costumer service rep transfers me. A complete waste of my morning.

@Fidomobile Poor Customer Service. Encouraging Fraudulent shops who sell Fido. I bought two new lines and I was promised my setup service fee will be waived off but that's not the case and when I talk to cust. care to help me out they said they can't and store has all excuses.

Had three horrific conversations with 2 utility service providers @Fidomobile and an academic institution today @ucanwest. Glad I have options to change my service plan & select another school to continue my Exec. Edu. Nobody pays attention to customer service anymore?

@Fidomobile is one major failure in customer service. Customer beware. They will charge you fees for this and that and say the machine did it. Collection action then ensues. Amazing what these guys get away with

@TVFanatic8 @Fidomobile Exactly this. The lack of info and transparency is the biggest problem here. Are we talking hours, days, weeks? A ballpark would be helpful. If Fido/Rogers gave a hint days ago I could have made other arrangements.
