    @tina_edube @Fidomobile I have the same problem, the app is flooded by 1 star reviews with people who have the same problem. I called and billing gave me 3gb extra for 3 months free because it's impossible to access the 5 free hours of data on all plans

    @MrtKaram @Fidomobile I can’t even speak to them on the phone to upgrade my plan. They don’t even have sales service. Why would they have customer service anymore?
