@FidoSolutions Oh amazing so @Fidomobile might be a winner then! I’ll transfer to @FidoSolutions - to a prepaid service and “roam” in UAE for incoming calls / texts (primarily for 2FA) - and seems will be charged roaming only for the instances when they are used! Also hoping I can top up online

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Why are you making a customer that changed providers two days into their billing cycle pay the full amount of their bill? And why does a former customer have to wait 3-4 wks after their final bill is issued to receive a cheque for money paid in excess?

@Fidomobile won a prize via Fido xtra. Received a call fr purolator saying they cant deliver and to call Fido. I did, spent an hour on the phone answering repetitive questions, finally got an email with track #, find out it’s returned to sender. I have screenshots Would like help

@michaljacob8 You haven’t dealt with @Fidomobile or @RogersMobileCa then. I’ve flown Flair 4 times now and have zero issues. I understand there are concerns.
