    @Fidomobile your stores sold plans with incorrect information and I see numerous people having billing issues now. Your loyalty department is super rude to even address this. Store is saying this is fido problem and rep@is saying it is store problem. Shame!!!

    @Fidomobile how is is that I’m trying almost every day to speak with a Fido customer service agent and no one is picking up the phone? I’m on my third attempt today alone and the wait time is still “58 minutes to 1 hour 20 minutes” I’m now ready to cancel my services.

    @djenish1108 @Fidomobile Don't worry, there's a higher chance of resolving this issue; I highly urge you to connect with dark_702nx on Instagram who successfully fixed mine when I had similar troubles a few days ago;

    @Fidomobile @CBCNews @CP24 Chasing fido for the last 2 months to fix the mistake done by fido agent. Nothing done so far except assurances. Shame... Worst customer service.....
