    @Fidomobile Hey, I upgraded my phone online and ordered a store pick up. This was nov 16th, but I havnt gotten an update yet to pick up the phone! What's going on??? I called into CE and they say they cant help. Store wont pick up my call. 😠 😡 😤

    Shame on you @Fidomobile @RogersHelps — 24+ hrs and no callback. After onboarding me back, you became irresponsible. Ambassador agent Chinedu misled me with false info. Fed up with this scam-like experience. Kindly confirm my issue ASAP or I’ll move back to my old provider. #scam

    Yikes, @Fidomobile makes it really hard to get in contact with them. Used to be great customer service. But trying online chat is useless and phone just goes in circles. Time to switch.

    @Fidomobile can you all imagine my voice mail is in French and I can’t get a hold anyone until Tuesday at 3:30pm. Because Fido’s customer service is in Indian. I have been with Fido for 20 years

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers Wow Fido just tried to cheat me into paying for an account that’s been cancelled for a month. Not only did they cancel and refund for one month but they decided to restart to charge me.. like wtf!!!
