I can not cancel my plan online and also I can not talk to a specialist. Please help me to cancel my plan and STOP CHARGING ME anymore!

I've enabled FIDO Roam, purchased a travel pass, and tested every roaming setting on my phone, but I still can't connect to a local network.

My phone is cut off for no payment even tho it is automatic debit and i have money in my account. FIDO i have no phone service and i am HAPPY TO PAY! ALERT ALERT ALERT FIDO NO LONGER HAS HUMANS AVAILABLE FOR INCOMING CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLS Today is THURSDAY and a human can call next week!!!!!
