    @Fidomobile I will make a formal complaint with CRTC. It is my human right to be helped. FIDO will lose millions if it is reported that a child under the age of 18 dies because FIDO “chose” not to hep. I need a call back as soon as possible.

    @Fidomobile my wife and I go into the Fairview store to ask questions about her bill. Leena was absolutely the most worst customer service rep we experienced at Fido. Considering changing companies

    @Fidomobile Poor show of customer service FIDO, I have a case number C174030759, I have been wrongly charged on bill and there is no one who is helping and just sending automated response. Just switched to FIDO and feels like I made a terrible mistake.
