    @Fidomobile I have been trying to reach Fido all afternoon by phone, online chat and Twitter message to cancel one of my cell phone lines but no one answers. Why is that? What is your problem?

    I took 2 lines from Fido on September but no bill is issued till now and in between both lines got suspended and call the customer to get active again but they have not given the clarification and asked me to call again really very horrible service. @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile AVOID FIDO. I have never experienced a company that makes mistakes with zero accountability. 15 calls to customer service for over 10 hours on the phone to fix a problem that isn’t even my fault.

    Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile! Was offered a plan from an agent and when I called back they said it was an invalid offer. Been a customer for over 10 years, maybe it's time to change providers 😡😡😡...glad I'm on a month to month...

    @Fidomobile online access to my account has been suspended (for no reason) and i have to wait 1.5 - 2.5 hours on the phone to find out WHY. Can you explain/please help? This is insane.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions There are some bad eggs in your Fido Montreal Chat support team. Blaming the Customer without proper due diligence and abruptly ending the chat is something I haven't seen done in a long time. Hope your Managers take heed #PoorCustomerService
