@Fidomobile @The519 (2) Called the techincal service and the operator in service was just rude and indifferent. Said he can't do anything and transfered me again to customer again, and guess what? I waited for ONE HOUR AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE!!! Will NEVER USE FIDO AGAIN

@Fidomobile NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK . YOUR MESSING AROUND WITH MY ACCOUNT.I have called and emailed so many time and you can't even call me back! @Fidomobile I have been waiting from Feb 28 2021.Your customer service sucks. How can I get ahold of SOMEONE WHO WILL HELP ME.

@StephaniesFunny @Rogers Are you serious? They did that to your Dad? Not cool #Rogers . We switched to @Fidomobile last year but all these companies have similar operating procedures to lure you in and then offer you poor service afterwards

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions VERY disappointed with the POOR customer service!!! Need to move so ask Fido to transfer internet to the new address. NOT working after moving in, called the technician, was told that an onsite appointment is needed. Booked an appointment and the technician NEVER CAME!

Pathetic customer service from @Fidomobile. It has been more than 2 weeks and they failed to ship my wife's new SIM because of incorrect address. After multiple call backs still there has been no progress. This is when she is transitioning from Telus to @Fidomobile. Sad
