  • XboxKaneda Kaneda "The True Master of Puppets" Gallon (@XboxKaneda) reported

@winemaker1960 @Fidomobile They couldn't give me an s22 for free to get me to sub to a Robbers service.

  • NadeemAhmadhere Nadeem (@NadeemAhmadhere) reported

@Fidomobile Well , i guess you need to add a factor in your algorithm that targets customers who would value it most. Isn’t that what traditional marketing sense is all about ? In your case , intention seems to be target the customer who will never use the promo!!!

  • hadley4ipswich Philip Hadley (@hadley4ipswich) reported

@Fidomobile I still need a contact email for either your legal or customer service departments. Your company cost me money when you went down on the 8th July.

  • Bruce_Winter Bruce Winter (@Bruce_Winter) reported

@MJForbes @Fidomobile Suspect not, but getting a person to answer a customer question in Canada telecom-land is nigh on impossible. That’s b/c it’s the customer's fault there’s a problem.

  • hadley4ipswich Philip Hadley (@hadley4ipswich) reported

@Fidomobile I am not giving out personal information over Twitter. How about a complaint email address? I don't have another hour to sit and wait to be cut off by your staff again?

  • JanisThiessen Dr. Janis Thiessen (@JanisThiessen) reported

Hey @Fidomobile, about the extra data for being a loyal customer: thanks? But I never use all my current data anyway, so this is not useful or meaningful. What about a $ credit on my bill instead?

  • timblackmore777 Just Watchin the world go by (@timblackmore777) reported

@mariestellaa_ @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Just got my Rogers bill today and still no credit, nothing on my Fido bill either. They said it was going to be automatic but I’m sure they will find someway to turn this around on the customer.

  • mildkiller2002 mildkiller (@mildkiller2002) reported

@Fidomobile Hi Fido, today I have chatted with 2 Fido online support in regards to the extra refund other than the automatic 5 days credit due to July outage. The 1st support laughed I have no expensive product with Fido since both my cellphone and pad have no contract with Fido.

  • cterlson Craig Terlson (@cterlson) reported

@JanisThiessen @Fidomobile I got the same from Rogers - hey, here's a bunch of free data that you will never use, cuz that's the kind of generous folks we are. What. Ever.

  • mallu_moto_vlog G. I. Joe (@mallu_moto_vlog) reported

So @Fidomobile gave me $6 dollars in credit for July 8th outage. And charged me $12 for US roaming when I accidentally dialed voicemail which lasted less than 5 seconds.... Corporate greed has no bounds.
