@Fidomobile 3- So after few busy days tonight around 23:45 I connect to live chat with Fido support about it and explain that I got an internet in new address but I'm not sure it is mine or not. After a minute I lost my connection!!!!

Do not use @Fidomobile I pay out the *** for barely any GB and now that I've fallen on hard times due to covid they won't help me at all.

@Fidomobile terrible service! Got scammed by your agent who called to upgrade my plan on Aug 4th but took away my existing free services & verbally confirmed they were still free! Nope,I got charged for using them now. False promise to upsell the product..

@Fidomobile 5- He/She told me that <<<Can you please contact back again by disconnecting the chat and connecting again as my system has technical issues>>> ??? And when I disconnect (At 12:09 am) and try to re-connect by chat, I got a message in chat window that it is out of business hours!!
