@Fidomobile Charged $60 for an account when I didn’t even receive the sim card. On 8th jan, i was assured that my account will be cancelled with no charges. Still have a balance owing. After a 2 hr call with C.S rep, I was told to pay for a service i didn’t use. Unacceptable.

I’m a good customer and I always pay on time. So much to for being a loyal customer! @virginmobilecan Maybe @Fidomobile will appreciate that!

  • roddropsdimes Rodrigo García Rojas (@roddropsdimes) reported

Very disappointed on @Fidomobile’s customer service telling me that I should’ve requested long distance call added to my line prior to incurring in those charges. I guess I’ll have to do a better job at scheduling family emergencies during the pandemic?
