We keep getting emails to say the issue wont happen again but our bills are coming in full price when most of us were without service for over 24 hrs & were unable to work

When asked today by Fido why I left, I had two reasons: (1) July 8th: the poor communication and almost insulting 5 day credit and (2) the lack of 5G (by Fido).
