@FidoSolutions .@Fidomobile Still awaiting the “help” that you said you’d be “happy” to provide. So far all I’ve received is slow-motion “we’ll ask you a bunch of redundant questions, give you “solutions” that don’t work, resulting in exactly where I was two days ago.” So…👎

hey @Fidomobile here is the thing, when you add a new chatbot and direct all support requests to the website / chatbot and remove your contact information, you need to make sure you can do all the things in self serve, like cancel accounts.

@Fidomobile How to not get a customer 101 : - Tried to apply online, got some message telling me to call for some verification. I call, the person needs to transfer my call (1st strike). The wait time for other service is about 45 min (2nd strike)

Warning concerning @Fidomobile Customer Service is terrible & internet service for the the past month is not consistent in Mississauga. @FidoSolutions make it very difficult to get on to real people. Beware before you purchase home internet!
