@Fidomobile do I get a refund for the outage cuz it has caused a lot of issues with work from home. if my payment was late you would charge me for it. 7 Fido phones in the house all down. So I guess I am back in 80s before we had cell phones.#slowservice #fidooutage #FIDO

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile What are you going to do to compensate for the inconvenience. What do people do who have an emergency? It's a contract. You are not holding up your end by not providing what is paid for. So, you need to do something for you customers. ASAP, I'll be going to another provider.

@Rogers These copy and pasted responses look so bad for you guys. I don't even have a Rogers phone, but because you own @Fidomobile my cell service is dead as well. No info, No customer interaction, no return of service. This is why Monopolies should be illegal.

Will that @Rogers and @Fidomobile mobile network has been down for hours! Imagine the income loss for those dependent on them. I can imagine using the transport app and suddenly you are left in a limbo.

Brokerage account has two-factor authentication and each time I try to log in, it sends SMS on my phone. @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions is down since 12 hours and I can't access my stocks because of this ****** mobile service. No wifi in the world can help with this.
