Why is the @Fidomobile website such garbage? I'm just trying to look at phone plans and it's giving me a loading animation literally every time I click a page for about 20 seconds. You're a telecommunications company. This should embarrass you.

Hi @Fidomobile do you know today you have some sort of scam running on numbers operated by you - I have gotten a call every hour today since 6am. Answered 2 of them - no one there. They leave a silent message every time. WTF? Anyone else? #scam #spam #fido

  • purnadus1 purnadus (@purnadus1) reported

@Fidomobile probably the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time! Also been cheated for way too long! (They took over $400 dollars from me last year for profit instead of just telling me that I paid off my phone and that I can change my plan to a lower one) 😡😡

  • M0_0SMAN MOHAMED OSMAN (@M0_0SMAN) reported

. @Fidomobile I've been a customer for 7 years and spent thousands of dollars on service over the years and the customer service I get is a 3 hour phone run around when I'm dispute roaming charges from a country I've never step foot in. Ridiculous...

  • ArvindBalaji17 Arvind Balaji (@ArvindBalaji17) reported

@Fidomobile Charged $60 for an account when I didn’t even receive the sim card. On 8th jan, i was assured that my account will be cancelled with no charges. Still have a balance owing. After a 2 hr call with C.S rep, I was told to pay for a service i didn’t use. Unacceptable.

@Fidomobile extremely disappointed with my recent chat with support. Your back office team did not honour a previous price and I have been charged more without being informed on increase. Planning to move out once the contract experies. Long time Fido client.

  • MarcoAndrew24 Marc (@MarcoAndrew24) reported

@Fidomobile used to be a Fido customer, I’ve just received by sms a fraudulent 1-819 number ? Stating a refund for previous 8 months ago charges ?

  • THEROBEGAMING Jayrob2k (@THEROBEGAMING) reported

@Fidomobile I’m online with your customer service. Apparently if your authorized on the account to make changes, you can only add a line. Or change the plan. You can’t subtract a line though? This makes no sense, especially with all the surrounding circumstances with my situ.

  • kevjo Kévjo (@kevjo) reported

Why does it take 5 minutes to speak to someone at @Fidomobile about phones but 30 minutes (and counting) to speak to someone in their customer service department about internet.
