    I have a billing discrepancy, and I am very disappointed with the @Fidomobile customer service. We had an "ongoing" offer for 1000 international minutes when we added a line. Suddenly, the minutes expire, and we have to face an 800$ + extra bill!

    @Fidomobile No internet in Thornhill since 12pm. Support says it will be fixed by 6 pm = 6 hours without internet on business day, when many customers are working from home. Amount and duration of outages have become unacceptable over the last few months. Moving to Bell.

    @Lomingan @Fidomobile I just called the tech support line and they gave ETA around 24 hours. so that totals 30+ hours no internet.

    @Fidomobile is easily the biggest legal scam that exists. I’ve used it for 2 years and have asked for the cheapest plan. But the thieves have never sent me a bill below $100. Never giving and explanation. **** you fido 🖕🏽🖕🏽🖕🏽

    @SpencerWallace_ @dinnerwithjulie @Fidomobile Call and ask to cancel. First operator won’t cancel, will transfer you to retention dept. This dept has deals and offers regular customer service does not. Let them woo you w goodies. If unsure at any point, say you’ve gotta think about it and will call back.

    @Fidomobile this is my 5th or 6th issue with internet THIS MONTH. Talked to internet support and was told there is a problem in my area. Told the rep that I need more data to work properly with a hotspot… he transferred me …. Been on hold for almost 2 hours and can’t work.

    No one use Fido, their network is absolute trash. Also @Fidomobile , don't respond to this with "hOw mAy wE hELp yOu?" like usual because you guys never help me. Just **** off .

    @Fidomobile You know what? I’m not furious anymore. I think it’s very interesting. The supervisor was very rude but serious and looked like he got the universal truth on his side. He treated me as an enemy instead of a customer. I want to remind him “calm down”!
