    @Fidomobile haven’t had my phone plan for a year and already you’re increasing the rate? Wtf. It’s been like 10 months since I switched to Fido. Tried to contact someone through chat but it seems only option is phone call. I’m deaf, I prefer taking to someone chat

    @Fidomobile Fido is down in manitoba cant make calls or receive cant text and no data bill is fully paid cant get to speak to a person at fido its been down for over 2 hrs now

    @Fidomobile hey Fido thought when there’s an outage my cell should work. Barely does with this @rogers outage today. One bar and I have tons of cellular data. 😡😡😡😡 funny it works here on x go figure!

    @Fidomobile @Rogers your towers are sending wrong GPS locations to phones. People in canada are pinging off towers in Peru. It's been a real pain. It has been multiple people with Fido and Rogers. Could you please fix this?
