@auntieruee @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Also I made friends with an old lady last semester who is almost 74 and she’s stuck in a hefty plan she wasn’t even aware of cause they scammed the poor lady. Her husband died and she had no funds for that kind of bill. I wasn’t able to reverse it for her unfortunately.

I've had the WORST time switching over to @fidomobile. Terrible customer service. My complaint has been ongoing for a week and they just keep making it worse. Totally regretting my decision of changing plans.

I can’t understand how companies still use @FedEx for deliveries. It’s the worst and least reliable shipping company. @amazonca @Fidomobile please find a better option
