    @Fidomobile I sent my phone in for repairs & got a loaner phone. I returned the loaner phone in the mail, but still recieved a $300 charge claiming I didn't I never recieved any communications about it for 2 months, just a charge out of nowhere. When I called, they hung up on me

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions i am not able to call or use data. I am not Receiving any phone calls. Are services down. It’s happening since 1:30. I am in Vancouver.

    @DondeBelle1 @Fidomobile You will need to contact customer service to make the change. You should note that there's a migration fee for the switch between the plan types
