    Ordered a new phone and got a sweet deal from @Fidomobile early last week. Too bad I have had zero follow up regarding the delivery of my phone even though I was advised I would have it in hand within 2 to 5 days and I can't get through to customer service #foreverwaiting

    @Fidomobile My plan is $65 for 10GB. I see on the site that your 10GB plans are listed at $60. Who do I talk to about knocking my bill down by $5?

    @Fidomobile I am getting frustrated! Who do I speak to in Fido management to get a long standing, and recurrent problem solved. If I can't get it dealt with, I will talk to Joe Natatle and see who's *** he can kick.

    As per to my experience, Fido has a better customer service than Bell Canada. Therefore, I am switching to Fido ☺ @Fidomobile @Bell
