@Fidomobile I contacted customer service in order to get a refund of the roaming fee because I didn’t not use my phone on roaming at anytime since I had a local line. I contacted customer service, but the first person I spoke to placed me on hold for 10 minutes and ended up hanging up.

@Fidomobile I have multiple phones on my account. One of them was offered 20GB for $50. Another was offered 15GB for $90. Live chat wasn't able to help me get the good offer applied to all my lines. Can you help? If not I'll be exploring @ShawInfo Mobile.

Very disappointed with @Fidomobile, they literally have no good plans to offer to their loyal customers. I have been with fido for like forever, and never really complained before, but I do feel that I am paying a lot right now as compare to many of their new customers.
