@Fidomobile have been waiting for over an hour after sending in the authentication to enable Fido Support to attend an issue I am having since Nov 28. Short code SMS is NOT working after switching to Fido. I was working previous to the move to Fido!!!!

@Fidomobile I am trying to call you from last 3 days but no one responding. I bough your service 2 weeks back after coming to canada 1st time.I trust u but I feel bad that I choose you as provider after seeing black friday deals.I feel cheated by you. This thing I didn’t expect
