    @Fidomobile you are sick. You customer support rep at the retail store are disrespectful and provide 0 help and empathy. He has been losing money monthly by an account that is not for him but has his credit card on and no one can help us cancel this account. Scammers

    @Fidomobile REFUSES to close my account even though I have moved out of the country! They are still taking money from my bank account. They will only cancel with LIVE AGENT. I have called 15+ times on hold 1-3 HOURS before disconnected by them!

    @Fidomobile HEADS UP. Your new 1-888 contact system is horrible. You cannot speak with an agent. You must choose a callback. Atrocious service. AI rage baiting service. Drives you made. Takes days for a call back.

    Looks like i’m going to be filing a complaint to the CCTS about @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions since they decided to SCAM ME and now are making it IMPOSSIBLE to contact them. Complete and utter JOKE.

    @Fidomobile You charged me 126$ instead of my normal monthly fees. Trying to reach your support since last 2 days. No luck, no call back. Before I go other routes I want to try here.
