  @Fidomobile Poor Customer Service. Encouraging Fraudulent shops who sell Fido. I bought two new lines and I was promised my setup service fee will be waived off but that's not the case and when I talk to cust. care to help me out they said they can't and store has all excuses.

  Hey @Fidomobile customers , are you aware that loyal customers are offered 1 gig of data for $45.00 but new customer offers are 6 gigs for $45.00. Just an example of customer loyalty . I don’t use all my data and was looking to reduce my plan . Fido loyalty ?
