    My bill was overdue on the same day of the outage. I asked if they can waive the small fee of $2.91 since I couldn't even use my phone. "We are not liable for losses during an outage and it was not a planned outage" says Fido. @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions #rogersoutage

    I got a whopping $3.00 in compensation from @Fidomobile for the country wide outage yesterday. @Bell @Telus which one of you guys have deals right now for new lines because I am leaving this dumpster fire of a company.

    @RogersHelps @Fidomobile so are we going to be compensated for the money we lost due to the network outage ? A simple apology is not enough we signed contracts to receive service

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions due to the outage a whole business fay was lost with very little communication explaining timelines. 1am until 8pm EST doesn't leave room for recovering that day. @RogersHelps how will you help your customers who run small businesses and lost more time?

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I'm still having problems with sms text. Problems I didn't have before. Today is the first day I can register for my covid vaccine BUT their system needs to verify my phone number through a text message. So I lost money yesterday due to this outage, now I'm delayed in vaccination
