Cell providers need to do better. I got a great offer to switch. So I called @Fidomobile to see they can match, after 15+ years of loyalty they told me no. So I switched providers. Now I get a call from Fido begging me to come back. Maybe treat your customers right the first time

@Fidomobile your service is down AGAIN. Last time i had to be told my grandfather was dying over FB messenger. This is unacceptable for this to be continuing to happen.
