  @Fidomobile They charged me & $90 for home internet and all of a sudden put my account on hold And no one can’t get it back I list the opportunity of making almost $8000 since this issue

  @Fidomobile Today I had the worst customer service experience with 2 different Fido representatives in my 15 years that I have been a Fido customer. I would not recommend or refer a friend to Fido under any circumstances.

  @virginmobileCA worst service.. after offering a plan which was suggested by virgin representative.. called back and said they cannot give the plan.. Please move to @RogersMobileCa @Fidomobile

  Hey @Fidomobile your customer service is terrible. I called just a few mins ago and literally no one is on the lines. What is going on?? Why are you not answering customers? It’s 8:07am, you should have people on the phones by now. This is ridiculous.
