Chirag Jain (@Chi_raaag) reported@Fidomobile I am trying to PORT my number from FIDO to other carrier and your customer service(Aman) they are just disconnecting my call. Meanwhile you guys are just overcharging for nothing. If this is the thing i will escalate this issue and will not pay my bill.

After 30 minutes navigating an AI system with no resolution, the only option to speak with a representative was to schedule an appointment a week in advance. As a customer of 20 years, this level of service is unacceptable and has led me to reconsider my loyalty. @Bell, do you currently offer access to live customer service agents for long-term customers?

Why Google doesn't support in replacement? As I am paying 60 dolar monthly as postpaid customer in @Fidomobile. It's so terrible.
