    @Fidomobile So without warning, @Fidomobile Canada decides it is a good idea to drop all online support for prepaid customers!? So you want to check or manage your acct, CALL the service number. so long sukkers.

    @Fidomobile @Google There is a clear & well documented issue with the Pixel 6 Pro. Multiple websites have articles regarding the screen spontaneously cracking with NO physical/outside damage. Mine cracked IN MY HAND whilst scrolling. Yet you refuse to fix it. Unacceptable. 1/2

    Is it just me or is @Fidomobile 's data spotty on weekends? Fine Monday to Friday, crappy on weekends. They must turn the power down on Saturday and Sunday.

    Had three horrific conversations with 2 utility service providers @Fidomobile and an academic institution today @ucanwest. Glad I have options to change my service plan & select another school to continue my Exec. Edu. Nobody pays attention to customer service anymore?

    @Fidomobile your topping up process is just awful. $55 a month, but you only accept vouchers in multiples of $10. Won’t accept my credit card, because Thomas + Tom name is totally different, which takes 24 hours to change. My requested call back never arrived. I’m off 👋

    @Fidomobile been Troy to speak to a live agent but it keeps telling me you are closed. Then tells me weekends hours are 9-5pm..help!
