    @Fidomobile I have tried to cancel my mobile data plan and the only way to do so is by calling. I cannot do this because I am not living in Canada anymore and the international number does not work.

    @Fidomobile My Bell plan is actually even cheaper than the one with Fido thanks to some special discounts, so I was actually willing to go up a bit higher for the supposedly better Rogers network. I am not impressed. No big deal though right? (3/21)

    @Fidomobile your agent called me back and hung up on me instead of placing me on hold and she never called me back. Awful service as usual from Fido. How can I manage to speak to someone today!?

    Man @Fidomobile and @Rogers Your customer service really sucks now. Now we have to schedule a appointment with your stupid ******* AI. That is so stupid it only cares about paying bills. So if we want to speak to a human being about a issue with a bill or account. It BS!

    @Fidomobile I switched to a $27 plan that covers US roaming and free calls to 27 countries. After switching there are significant glitches that did not happen before. Is this a low tier service?
