Been a @Fidomobile customer for 7 years now. All I get is 1gb internet. This is how they treat their loyal customers, also charging a high price at the same time 😳. No where else on earth customers are cheated like this. I’m looking to switch. What’s good? Telus or bell?

Hey @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile how come when I look at plans offered for ME the 12GB plan is $65 (what I'm paying now) but a NEW CUSTOMER for a BYOP it's $52?? Shouldn't I, a loyal customer for YEARS be getting the better deal? Or at least the SAME? Thanks.

First, you guys left us hanging in an outage for pretty much a full day, didn't follow-up and I find that @fidomobile can just raise their prices whenever they want. YOU GUYS SUCK. NEVER ONCE HAD AN ISSUE WITH PUBLIC MOBILE. (3 4/4)

Hey @Fidomobile get it together. I know call volumes are high but, I’ve been hung up on twice today! Ask Jack’s service is overwhelmed and not working. $175.00 in extra data charges is unacceptable for 9 days without a working phone. #whatisapukcode
