If you need human-based service, might think again re’ @Fidomobile; 30+ in queue, already 20 minutes waiting.

  • djr747 djr747 (@djr747) reported

@Fidomobile I have to say your customer service is pretty disappointing. But I guess that is expected with large corporations where competition doesn't really exist. You don't really have to set the bar high. Someone in chat waiting for hours not really your problem right?

lmao @Fidomobile sucks so bad they have been scamming me for the last year by giving me a bunch of chargers “for free” … and then making me finance them for $6 a month for the last year without telling me 🙃 I’ve been too busy to notice the upcharges til now

  • dangrummett Dan Grummett (@dangrummett) reported

@roof_talks @Fidomobile I've been inundated with spam calls/texts since signing up with @Bell last month. My number clearly belonged to an individual running from creditors, likely including Bell. I told them. It didnt help. The least they could do is have a 3-month cool off period when they recycle #s

  • Mariam787068241 Mariam Didi (@Mariam787068241) reported

@Fidomobile DO NOT, I Repeat, DO NOT use this company as your cell phone provider. They will fraudulently charge you for other lines, and never fulfill the promises they make when you sign your contract. BEWARE

  • roof_talks Kati (@roof_talks) reported

@DancesWithLysol @Fidomobile I always use phone number. Usually, I receive the codes for one-time login or for two-factor authentication

  • ElleWasted Elle Waste (LoriAnn) (@ElleWasted) reported

@Fidomobile why is @Rogers trying to steal me as a customer by offering internet service that's faster and less expensive when they're the same company but when I call Fido CS they can't offer me the same deal?

  • Alex9bliss_art Alex Bayliss (🍯) 🇺🇦 (@Alex9bliss_art) reported

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile How about for the last 2 days? My Fido service is broken. Phone calls are tinny & garbled can barely make out sentences. & just got hung up on after 35 mins on the phone with customer support. Tomorrow is my birthday, I can’t deal with you right now & it’s messing up my plans.

  • coolamazon A V (@coolamazon) reported

@Fidomobile I have been trying to request a call back from customer support and it’s been 30 mins already and your AskJack chat agents are just wasting my time unnecessarily. How can I request a simple call back from customer support?
