@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions this is exactly what I am sick and tired of. You are abusing the lack of proper competition and regulatory supervision. In my tweet I mentioned that I have contacted technical support but nothing happened!!! Only tonight I have more than 50 disruptions!

@Fidomobile I am trying to call ANY store for help in southern Ontario and none of your stores are answering. Online says they’re all open so I don’t understand what’s up. Help??

  • alltheway_Mae_ Mae • BurnItToTheGround (@alltheway_Mae_) reported

Hey @Fidomobile Your company is about to cut off service to my partner because her payment somehow disappeared despite providing bank statements, and a representative assuring it would be taken care of. Now we have to pay twice?! So… Just stealing people’s money now?

@sa1nt_cha0s @Fidomobile It was the insurance's repair shop on the uni campus🙄 "u break we fix" or some **** idek So now because fixing it didn't work I had to call back, and they have to wait for approval from higher ups for a new replacement phone.. could be a few days 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

  • afilina Anna "Legacy Archaeologist" Filina (@afilina) reported

On the @Fidomobile site, when I was shopping for a new phone, I was constantly losing my place when going back to the list. It was also very slow and I couldn't Ctrl+Click for a new tab. I ended up calling their support for help in picking a phone, since the site was unusable.

  • AkhgarSaman Saman Akhgar (@AkhgarSaman) reported

@Ellie_Mirni @GooglePay @Fidomobile And I wasted two hours on the phone talking to Fido's support which has no deeper access than me to my records' logs apparently. All I'm left with is the third party company and beg them for my money back... outrageous. I don't even know them.

  • adrianarobl3s Adriana Robles (@adrianarobl3s) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Fidomobile hey! I got a notification that my 1000 international long distance minutes is coming to an end... I didn't know I had that add-on, I even got charged a few times when doing phone calls, who can help me reviewing my account?
