    @Fidomobile FIDO refuses to issue any credit for their outage. I am switching to one of their competitors right away. FIDO is the WORST cell provider in Canada! Good riddance you ********.

    My bill was overdue on the same day of the outage. I asked if they can waive the small fee of $2.91 since I couldn't even use my phone. "We are not liable for losses during an outage and it was not a planned outage" says Fido. @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions #rogersoutage
