    @Fidomobile I accepted a plan upgrade for the same cost as the previous. No mention that any existing discounts would be cancelled. Very misleading. Buyer beware. Unhappy customer.

    @Fidomobile Hi Team, At the time of buying a new connection, i was told that my US calling is free but i got charged for the same. Customer care won’t be of much help. Can we please look into it and do the needful.

    @Fidomobile Bad experience.. I could not pickup IPhone13 from one of listed Fido showroom in Mississauga City Centre! It was birthday of my loved one, I promised but I could not due to your rules n regulations. You need lot to change, I am closing atleast 12 FIDO accounts

    @BrettPolegato @Fidomobile @RogersHelps And my CHATR mobile service charges 2 cents/minute for calls to Italy, so in Venice I just go ahead and use my phone to call restaurants, etc. 2/2
