@Fidomobile hello, i had have a credit with you a long time ago , and I want to pay the money but I don’t know how? Could you please help me and let me know how much you want from me? I’m out of Canada Thanks

  • TomOstapchuk Tom Ostapchuk (@TomOstapchuk) reported

Clever tactic taking multiple support calls to a single agent @Fidomobile. Probably lowers your 'wait time' metrics. Start adding in the time on hold while the agent helps everyone else at the same time.

I regret setting up auto payments by @Fidomobile I thought I was going to have peace of mind. But what I realized is that auto payment somehow didn't kick in yet! I have an unpaid bill with NO reminders and late charges on my account. Definetely NOT a happy customer Fido.

Pathetic customer service from @Fidomobile. It has been more than 2 weeks and they failed to ship my wife's new SIM because of incorrect address. After multiple call backs still there has been no progress. This is when she is transitioning from Telus to @Fidomobile. Sad

First they mess up my sim number. The toss me from rep to rep. Like how's that my problem @Fidomobile i don't need this stress while dealing with all this pandemic nonsense. I have no patience for bs now.

Hey @Fidomobile - wanted to let you know that it is a #bushleague move making us pay a $45 ‘connection’ fee to renew our contract after being a loyal customer for close to 10 years.

Me last week: Guys, @Fidomobile is a great company. Me today: I just spent 2 hours on live chat with Fido trying to figure out why did literally nothing to help my mom. Soooo quick turn around on that.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions VERY disappointed with the POOR customer service!!! Need to move so ask Fido to transfer internet to the new address. NOT working after moving in, called the technician, was told that an onsite appointment is needed. Booked an appointment and the technician NEVER CAME!

  • SteveNovak1977 PEI Bound (@SteveNovak1977) reported

@Fidomobile That's the opposite of what every other Fido employee has done for me. I'm not looking for a solution anymore, this is about letting others know how you treat customers.
