@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile If you can’t understand how to provide the good service to customer, how do you guys control service interruption. I don’t understand what’s the meaning of temporary suspension when you receive a bill to pay. Highly dissatisfaction, not recommended to others.

  • CevaSophia Sophia Ceva (@CevaSophia) reported

@FidoSolutions The problem is that @Fidomobile thinks they can pick when & how a customer communicated with them but it is up to the customer. Expecting us to make an appointment to reach someone by phone is disgusting. Moving to Telus!

  • Rita380 Rrrrrrrrrrrrr (@Rita380) reported

@Fidomobile Lol be a better customer friendly company. I’ve endured to many years of being overcharged for peanuts on my data plan. Do me a fa or tho, put me on the do not contact list to beg me back, I’ll never return to Fido again. I’m taking my phone number and leaving you the dog.

  • saharistan_ Sahar (@saharistan_) reported

@chaichurail @Fidomobile Wow. I’m not even in a contract and I financed my phone. Paid it off early last year. Maybe call customer service and see if they can do anything

  • UnrealTRBridge TR Bridge (@UnrealTRBridge) reported

@Fidomobile I 1/2 don’t like to do this sort of social media shaming, but after multiple attempts to sort out a payment issue and being constantly steered towards “virtual assistants“ that are manifestly, unable to solve the problem… (cont’d)
