@Fidomobile Hi. I received a message that says I registered to use roaming data. I don't want to be registered for that service. How can I be removed for roaming use?

  • GobindpreetG Gobindpreet Singh Gupta (@GobindpreetG) reported

@Fidomobile I have been a loyal customer of Fido since last 2.6 years. Since last week I am trying to get a new phone from your company reps are just making a fool out of me.I guess now it's time to quit Fido services and look for newer (more caring) service providers.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Well! I just returned from a road trip where I decided to use my cell phone for nav rather then purchase a Garmin Drive. Holy cow…for 15 days I am now nursing a $300 bill whereas I could have purchased a nav device for $150. Never again. What a rip.

@dperador @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Communication is two-way. Perhaps you hadn't clearly explained the issue properly?

  • AglSingh Nishith Singh 🇮🇳 🇨🇦 (@AglSingh) reported

Hey @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions did you just take off 5GB of data and India calling feature from my plan? That too without any prior notice. Thats how you treat your loyal customers ?

@CwithAnArm @Fidomobile Agreed @Fidomobile are just the worst

  • christinapapou Papou1981 (@christinapapou) reported

@Fidomobile don’t buy from them. They do shady business and expect you to stay. How a phone goes from $23 down to $10 a month in about a month or so is bs. You can’t do anything but gauge us. Been a customer for 20+ yrs and this is the thanks I get.

  • TomTom_Riley Riley (@TomTom_Riley) reported

@Fidomobile your topping up process is just awful. $55 a month, but you only accept vouchers in multiples of $10. Won’t accept my credit card, because Thomas + Tom name is totally different, which takes 24 hours to change. My requested call back never arrived. I’m off 👋

@Fidomobile Thanks for throwing your weight around on Twitter, and mocking your customer base. I have 4 lines, how much money does that represent over 5 years
