    @PurolatorHelp @Rogers @Fidomobile Ordered new phone from FIDO somehow they ship device WITHOUT a street NAME? Doesn’t help that the confirmation email doesn’t show the address, just the city so no way of knowing this until you manually track the order on the Purolator website

    @Fidomobile after 4 months of fighting with you guys, I gave up because your company was clearly not interested in rectifying this and it’s very obvious this is a tactic your company uses - “let’s make it as hard as possible to fix this because they’ll give up”

    @Fidomobile customer, I am disappointing at the level of care I have received and the fact that I have spoken to some of your staff and they are understanding but their hands are tied. I’ve had to push to a higher level and the worker told me after 15 Minutes of holding that
