    @Fidomobile it is pathetic service of Fido. I had technical issue from the last to day to make international call. I called to the service customer regarding after putting on me hold for hours they disconnected my call. it is very bad. It is not professionalism with customer.

    @Fidomobile I asked for a supervisor or manager multiple times and was told that is not possible. When did that change? Can customers no longer speak to someone with more knowledge when faced with an issue? 🤔 #overit #badbusiness #customerexperience

    @Fidomobile The ambassador team also cant do anything as same as your in store person and absolute failure customer service team. I filed 7-8 complaints still no solution. You dont respect the customer while its still with you.

    @Fidomobile hello there, I’m travelling outside of Canada. My Fido application is not working and I wanted to temporary suspension of my Fido monthly plan. So I won’t have to pay for roaming and any charges for no use. Please help me regarding the query. Thank you team
