  @tearingItUp786 @Fidomobile It feels like people implemented this on day one of ChatGPT launch and never improved it from some alpha software It’s just an excellent example of tech debt at this point (we’ll fix it later and nobody does) I haven’t found a automatic chatbot experience I actually enjoy

  I didn't think there was such a thing worse than @RogersHelps #customerservice until I had an issue with @Fidomobile . Its much worse. Oh wait, Fido is Rogers. SMH.

  @Fidomobile . Hey Fido , how about hiring some people that can actually understand ENGLISH when you do callbacks . Something that should take about 1 minute has gone on for 20 . Your customer service is the absolute worst in all of Canada

  I have a @Fidomobile cell & the signal is terrible where I live. Frequent dropouts, no 5g. I'm done with it. Went to a @FreedomMobile store and, respect to them, they admitted their signal is weak where I live too. They're new, so I'll wait, and their integrity won't be forgotten
