To speak to a live agent you need to schedule a callback.. you’re stuck talking to some stupid AI bot that doesn’t understand.. the agents you then talk with are from India, so you spend the next 37 mins repeating yourself.. Customer support says the 50$ charge is going through and cannot be moved. She is nowhere close to the us and I’m here now. Please explain the logic.

Why Google doesn't support in replacement? As I am paying 60 dolar monthly as postpaid customer in @Fidomobile. It's so terrible.

This is an abuse and a lack of respect for foreigners who use the service. But I want to make it clear that I will not pay anything. I ask that you act with decency and cancel the charges.

Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile My Bell plan is actually even cheaper than the one with Fido thanks to some special discounts, so I was actually willing to go up a bit higher for the supposedly better Rogers network. I am not impressed. No big deal though right? (3/21)
