    @Fidomobile haven’t had my phone plan for a year and already you’re increasing the rate? Wtf. It’s been like 10 months since I switched to Fido. Tried to contact someone through chat but it seems only option is phone call. I’m deaf, I prefer taking to someone chat

    @Fidomobile I have already left Canada since June 2025 and will no longer use this plan and phone number. However, Fido keep charging me for 5 months. I can not cancel my plan online and also I can not talk to a specialist. Please help me to cancel my plan and STOP CHARGING ME anymore!

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile used to be the best Now #fido is terrible. I have an issue and need to wait until Wednesday for a callback. #worst #CustomerService

    I've been trying to cancel my phone line with @Fidomobile, and as far as I can tell, they've made it completely impossible to do that. Every time I've called (4 times) and gotten to the point where the rep realizes they can't convince me to stay, they hang up.

    @Fidomobile guys I need your help. You’re AI is a joke. I can’t update the address on the account and I’ve got to sort out a cell phone we ordered, but it went to the wrong address. Can you please DM me because you’re AI and your website is beyond frustrating.

    Ever since you guys switched to the 5G network my phone barely works. Since March nothing works for me. I can barely receive calls, texts or even connect to a network when I need data. @Fidomobile why am I paying for a service and getting abysmal service ? Cancel my account !
