    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile It was someone else from Fido who began the PM conversation a month ago to try to get help that still has not been received. I appreciate that now is a busy time but this started in October so there’s no excuse for the fact this customer is still waiting.

    @Fidomobile In all seriousness you guys had a bunch of cars on my street yesterday trying to fix it it didn’t work my Internet goes out every 20 minutes sometimes I get a couple hours but it’s been like this for months and no one‘s done anything..You take my money though

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile you have also disabled the raise a concern form option. Absolute no way to reach customer care via phone or twitter. Over a month of painful customer service experience. No listeners !! @CRTCeng

    @Fidomobile.. trying to reach you for more than one week, your in-person customer service is the worst, couldn't help me at all with one simple request. The "deal" you offered from 3 months ago still doesn't work. Planning on changing to a better provider. Thanks!
