    @Fidomobile I have just ordered a mobile and found out that other people with that mobile are facing issues. I want to cancel that order as I am yet to receive the shipment confirmation. Possible or should I wait for the shipment to come and don't accept it?

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I had changed my plan from $55 - 6+2gb to $55 - 25gb on May 21 2021. My 6+2 gb plan had a promotional $10 discount which was removed when i changed it. But the same day i asked the customer service to revert it to my old plan which had the $10 discount.

    It’s not everyday that the cellphone companies have excellent customer service but the rep from @Fidomobile that I spoke with today was outstanding. Y’all need to give this gal a raise @FidoSolutions !

    @Fidomobile since 5 am this morning I am being inundated with CRA spam calls on my phone. I am on the do not call list! How the eff do I report this problem

    Early morning row with @Fidomobile customer service, which I was right and finally she removed the extra fee, but not a good feeling to start the day !
