    @Fidomobile - Team I was charged $50 when I moved from Chatr to Fido and was promised that this amount will be adjusted in Nov which did not happen. I contacted the customer care and they said it will be adjusted in Dec which again did not happen. I am tired of talking

    Much to my horror, even though I called and asked @Fidomobile specifically for a US calling plan, they are now deciding to stick me with this $600 bill, as a welcome gift for choosing their services with this phone. I wish I had never chosen them as a provider.

    @Fidomobile Hey - the app is not working correctly - I cannot access Xtra except through an message from Fido that was sent last Thursday - you changed the app for Black Friday and it is messed up. Also - my account online shows incorrect information. What's going on?
