lmao @Fidomobile sucks so bad they have been scamming me for the last year by giving me a bunch of chargers “for free” … and then making me finance them for $6 a month for the last year without telling me 🙃 I’ve been too busy to notice the upcharges til now

@Fidomobile I have been trying to request a call back from customer support and it’s been 30 mins already and your AskJack chat agents are just wasting my time unnecessarily. How can I request a simple call back from customer support?

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile How about for the last 2 days? My Fido service is broken. Phone calls are tinny & garbled can barely make out sentences. & just got hung up on after 35 mins on the phone with customer support. Tomorrow is my birthday, I can’t deal with you right now & it’s messing up my plans.

@Fidomobile why is @Rogers trying to steal me as a customer by offering internet service that's faster and less expensive when they're the same company but when I call Fido CS they can't offer me the same deal?

@roof_talks @Fidomobile People use phone numbers as a method of signing in to things? Email addresses are typically what's used for usernames because they're more secure, and offer a good channel to send "password reset" emails. Why would someone use their phone number for a login?

@Fidomobile why isn't Fido introducing service where it asks caller to press random number to connect to call to user? Telus has this feature and it stops spam calls from getting thru.
