@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I've been with Fido for 3 years now and I have never used any of these "deals". Fido Xtra is a good idea in theory but they're always on brands I've never heard of, products that are way overpriced (even with the deal) or are so niche I have no use for them.

I understand why @Fidomobile is constantly giving out free data now. If they didn’t they wouldn’t have any customers because they’re customer service team is beyond useless.

@Fidomobile I got an email for winback over a week ago. Have been waiting for a call. I contacted Fido normal customer service number to find out the offer they don’t have anything. How do I get the correct team to call me to find out the offer?

...acknowledge this was not an ordinary situation. Yes, technically I was outside the refund period with an active sim card But only because I was strung along for months by Fido with false promises that were never fulfilled, and charged full price for the privilege @Fidomobile

Having maybe the worst experience ever with @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions the reps are being incredibly kind but I've been on and off of hold for over 2 hours. I have a new device and sim coming and they put the wrong address even though it was inputted as the correct address.

Okay, so @Fidomobile charging my wife $50 for 0.6gb of data overage. This is a disgrace. We called the help desk and they did nothing to help. Off to Fizz we go.

I didn't ask for any free credits or anything crazy. It seems reasonable to me that I'd be offered at least a refund for the service that I never received or used. Being refused even that was the red flag that made me cancel all my lines instead of just the new one @Fidomobile

@FidoSolutions Yes. You’re still not dealing with the issue of charging $50 for just over half a GB of data which is disgraceful. Poor form @Fidomobile

@Fidomobile @LidoPimienta @WitchProphet Maybe fix your customer support after hours. People are really bad and lazy.
