SM (@Sabisweet_s) reported@Fidomobile honestly so disappointed. Been a loyal customer for YEARS and there’s zero appreciation for long-time customers. No help, no solutions. Loyalty clearly means nothing.

Mikaeel (@imrankhan1940) reported@Fidomobile Fido failed to fix fido app, after one month and 20 days when eventually quit fido they fixed it and send an email to me saying your app is fixed and account is linked to youe account. Whats the point in doing this when I already quitt. this is waht fido serves like.

Marshall (@Oilers4Evr) reportedLooking for a new cell phone carrier as @Fidomobile is absolutely terrible. They can offer a plan for $45/month to new customers but existing customers have to pay $65 for the same plan.

💱😎YYZ.STUNNA😎💱 (@Afropolitan_25) reportedEver since you guys switched to the 5G network my phone barely works. Since March nothing works for me. I can barely receive calls, texts or even connect to a network when I need data. @Fidomobile why am I paying for a service and getting abysmal service ? Cancel my account !
-
connor (@_connorrr_) reported@Fidomobile I have tried to cancel my mobile data plan and the only way to do so is by calling. I cannot do this because I am not living in Canada anymore and the international number does not work.

Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile My issue is that I'm with Bell right now, and I haven't moved my number over (thankfully). This means that I'm stuck with a temporary Fido number that I would need to pay to port out to another provider. So I'm forced to call in order to cancel.

SC (@shark7456) reportedSigned up with @Fidomobile in March because of $30.51 plan. Few months later, price increased by $5/month - 16% increase. How is it reasonable to attract new customers with one price and then increase it after they sign up? Seriously undermines customer trust.
-
leaky (@leaky766) reported@RealKiTsKorner @Fidomobile @Rogers Unreal isnt it ? Shockingly bad customer service ......
-
Allan Tham (@Allant92) reportedHorrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!

Yakamoz (@MrRobot2023) reported@Fidomobile Trying to cancel my service, but there’s no way to speak to a human. No appointments until next week, when I’ll be out of Canada. Very frustrating.
