    @FidoSolutions I am not getting a solution. @Fidomobile you are charging me $24 for sending a whatsapp text and receiving a call from my child's school. Fair enough???? I requested the customer support to waive it and they said if it's just that little usage they will consider it to waive it.

    Hey @Fidomobile , way to dodge responsibility. No changes to my billing info but Fido can’t process my automated payment but laying blame on my bank with zero explanation or RCA. Yet the same card is working fine for Fido internet. 7hrs on call,no resolution! @Bell here I come!

    @Fidomobile They will tell you the only way to 'opt' of the unauthorized chrg is to add a 'services block' which prevents a customer from connecting while outside of the country. They will also tell you such charges can't be reversed and will try and upsell a new plan instead!

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile and get this, now, 6 almost 7 months later, because my contract expired and I renewed it, they say I no longer get the credit (that they didn’t give me for 6 months). Y’all blaming me cause my damn contract ran out waiting for you guys to contact me??

    @Fidomobile thirty-two years as a fido customer coming to an end. To expensive and no deals. I hear public mobile is more reliable and much cheaper.

    for anyone that is living in the burnaby BC area and is either a @Fidomobile or Rogers customer or looking to become one do not whatsoever go to the Brentwood Mall location.These guys leak out your personal info by sending contracts to the wrong email without checking with you.

    @Fidomobile you have the worst customer care of any mobile company out there! Your reps do not care about their clients at all. My contract expired and I just wanted to upgrade my phone and the treatment I received was just awful. What ever happened to CUSTOMER CARE?
