@vickiemorgado1 @Fidomobile Have been having issues on and off with my provider too. Guess it's a lot of daytime usage. 4 people are live streaming and 1 is using wifi to upload and download for work.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile No I live alone and its powered off most of the time last month. The support I called said "I would like to trust you" which hurts. I do think the previous number owner tied his Google play with this number which is not fully cleaned when you recycle the number.

@Fidomobile I've been trying for two days to get through to a customer service representative over the phone ... always placed on hold ... never any indication how long I'll be waiting ... is there a better way to buy home internet services from you???

@Fidomobile very unhappy with phne exchange experience with Fido.Signed up last month but because I wanted a different device, Im being told I need to wait till next billing cycle. In the meanwhile my phone has been returned. So no phone, long wait & no help, except an escalation

@Fidomobile 7+ hours on the phone with your care agents and their supervisors over the last week and I still don't know what's going on with my case. Honestly the #WORST customer experience ever! WILL NOT RECOMMEND Fido to anyone ever again. #Fido

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Fido customer service is a JOKE. Activated my modem at 10:30 this morning and my wifi still isn’t working. Not to mention I’ve been on hold for tech support for an HOUR. & DM’d their Twitter.

after all the negative reviews on your twitter feed, do you really need another one? I've been a longtime customer and generally have had no problems but this is a major screw up to suspend my number when I'm out of country @Fidomobile

@Fidomobile to the surprise of literally no one, I have not received a call back from the win back team despite over 5 requests. I have asked a supervisor to escalate my complaint to the OoP but have yet to receive a response. I need this resolved today
