@Fidomobile @Deepind32050694 You are a fraud company. Wont return calls. Wont help. We are trying to cancel our contract and can't talk to anyone or get a call back. I am going to keep posting until this gets done. We will never use Fido or Rogers because of this.

@Fidomobile How about you provide customer service. You won't let us cancel our contract! No one will call back. So. Now what? Maybe get your poop in a hoop before telling how awesome you are.

@Fidomobile It says they can't tell if my device is compatible. Obviously, my device IS compatible - I have been using it for 2 years on your network with absolutely NO problems! I'm not interested in getting an expensive new phone if that's your next suggestion.

@Fidomobile I ordered the new phone in June but it was backordered and I got it recently so it is Fido 's issue not mine. I have been trying to call all day today, I got connected once the person said wrong department and transferred me, I was on hold for one hour, someone picked up

@Fidomobile We gave no warning you were going to cut people's service and were so unprepared that your phone lines couldn't even book call back messages. The line at the fido store was out the door for people whose phones stopped working. Manywere elderly and confused. Shame on you

@Fidomobile Under my dads name and he was sick in hospital. Only communication was his email. You are disingenuous as you should have turned service off instead of trapping people into this transition fee basically you schemey slimey Big Company behavior.
