    @Fidomobile the company is fraud... Please never purchase their service... I am an international student landed a month ago, these the sales man has misguided me and eventually they are charging 633 dollars as a phone call bills!!! Pathetic

    @Fidomobile Has been opened and waiting on fido tech to work their magic because at point it seems more like magic than actual tech. Tried all the reinstall, update, cache clearing... temporary fix. Nothing works. What is weird though is that you can't delete the app and start anew since....

    @Fidomobile I called your customer support. A few minutes talking to an agent, asked to talk to a supervisor/manager and I was not allowed to. That's amazing service plus the scam you guys are running on your website. #terribleservice #ctvnews #consumerprotection

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Kudos to your social & support team. I was completely awestruck by the supreme customer service provided by Vanessa and Saad. They understood the assignment & truly valued the notion of customer loyalty. I am beyond happy to be a @Fidomobile customer.
