This is criminal. It may be fraud. It’s DEFINITELY a disgusting abuse of power. I can’t wrap my head around it.Tanking a poor kid’s credit, saying you owe $0, then saying you owe something that you didn’t agree too. I’m sure we have a legit complaint for CRTC against @Fidomobile

She was almost in TEARS. The CSR made her feel so bad, for something she didn’t EVEN DO. What a joke. The telecommunications oligarchy in this country is absolutely VILE. @Fidomobile should be ashamed, and should definitely fix this, immediately.

Gets account # from Collections. TURNS OUT: @Fidomobile created a new, SEPARATE acct for this ‘free tablet’ - signed the kid up for a 2-yr contract w/o confirmation. Kid never received a bill. Never received a contract. Was told the tablet was free. Asked if needed to return...
