    @Fidomobile Connecting to a customer specialist is so hard now. Awful experience. AI keeps on scheduling a call, there is NO option to connect directly, even if we need to speak right away. #Fido

    @CircularLogic89 @Fidomobile Would it be too much to ask that these service providers put some sort of a check to charge the roaming like home daily charge only if the data used for the day is over 1MB, especially when they know about these issues ?

    @Fidomobile why is service so utterly **** at Lakeshore and Mississauga Rd?! I barely get data, I can never make effing calls. I've got to restart my phone constantly to get service here and it's been almost 3 years of it now! I'm nearong my wits end!

    @Fidomobile I will never use Fido again even after unsubscribing to their emails I did not want when I started my account they won’t stop harassing me I’m getting hundreds of emails every month **** you fido you pieces of **** 💩 it’s been years I’m done

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Hi, I need to change a basic talk & text plan due to leaving Canada for a long time, but I couldn't find any downgrade plan on mobile plan pages. No complaint email provided, asked Jack bot nothing changed. Please help, otherwise suspend your line 😡
