Citizen (@CITIZEN_GUJ) reported@Fidomobile I was offered a special plan (and my choice of the financed phone online) by winback and then by twitter team. Based on that promise I switched from Freedom to Fido but now one of your representative here is telling me that the promise can't be fulfilled. Pls help.

Edwin Takahashi (@TakahashiEdwin) reported@Fidomobile If Fido is going to unilaterally alter its end of the agreement (referring to above) then I would appreciate at least having the option of cancelling service from the web.

Michelle (@MeeshJr) reportedHey @Fidomobile my internet is out, is it just me or is there an outage?

Albert Feghaly (@albertfeghaly) reported@Fidomobile After discussing the issue a second time with Fido's agents, got to the same conclusion as the first time: Fido's policies completely prohibit their agents from using empathy and assess situations on a case-by-case basis. This is unjust, callous and wrong. Exploring alternatives.

DD (@DragonbornDrums) reportedSo @Fidomobile has a Refer A Friend program offering both people a free month. Been going on since May (but I never heard a thing). I convinced Jordyne to switch to Fido, and the following night, I found out about the program from an email. Now they tell us we can't benefit. Wtf?

Anne MacDonald (@Canuck1949) reportedVery upset with @Fidomobile account for charging me $30 roaming charges for 3 text messages. Never had this happen with a telecom company before. I will be buying sim card for new country from now on.

Pavan Patel (@patelpavan61) reportedThe worst Internet provider in Canada @Fidomobile. If anyone looking for Internet service please don’t choose Fido Internet even if they are offering free service for year. @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile

KARIM (@karimmusika) reported@Fidomobile hey, you cut my internet without any notice! I didn’t call to cancel my internet, and I have made all payments on-time, why did you cut it?

Citizen (@CITIZEN_GUJ) reported@Fidomobile After so many tweets, screenshots and waste of time. I am offered $120 credit that makes the 24 months $5 discount. I am feeling like a beggar. Am I a Beggar to you @Fidomobile ? Is this how you treat other customers? Or its just me? #unfairTradePractice
