Literally @Fidomobile customer service almost made me cry because the man on the chat was being very dismissive and rude. I might end my 5 year “loyalty” with them sorry for posting this but i just need to rant to someon

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions @AboutRogers Recently I received a phone bill of three times than the plan I choose. After the communication with Customer service I came to know that I have been charged for making calls to airlines (toll free number). How can you charge for toll free?

Furthermore, if the customer returns back to Fido, they will charge the same connection fee they already charged. Why does a customer have to pay connection fees multiple times for the same operator? Why @Fidomobile is not doing a fare #telecom business ?? #rogersoutage

Hey @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions why are you (fraudulently) charging customers for International Roaming when phones are in AirPlane Mode (iPhone) and data roaming is turned off? Happened to two of my mobile number. Customer since 1999. You need to refund these charges ASAP.

I was on the call for almost 3 hours and yet there is no proper answer. The problem was, @Fidomobile didn’t charge for all the airlines toll free calls. @Fidomobile choose randomly to charge the bill three times more than the choose plan. #needresponse

It’s actually embarrassing how bad @Fidomobile customer service is. And their network in general. Switching companies ASAP! Maybe to one that doesn’t lose service for days. Who should I go with ? @Bell_Support maybe?
