Shocking that there was no back up plan seriously. How come they ignore Black Friday and cyber week demands? 😳 Also on Apple website, latest ship date is 28 Dec! So we're screwed

No point of her calling me when bringing back client was never the intention but only making outbound call was....lol

LY (@QZTAcct) reported@Fidomobile Fido prepaid charged my an account an auto refill erroneously (my monthly auto payment was the day before and there were no calls/texts). It's been almost 2 weeks since I was promised a refund in 3-5 days, and support says they can't check the status.

No coming back to this trash ever again. Biggest lesson learnt. A company that over promises beyond their capability.
