@bjnagel @Fidomobile man fido sucks the only reason i’m with them is my long term credit history… i’m not even sure if it matters at this point but they come up during my credit check

  • Ngone08 Ngoné 🇸🇳 (@Ngone08) reported

@Fidomobile must be the most trash provider ever - how you give my number to someone else when I literally called to ask to temporarily suspend my number bc Im travelling? How do you make “mistakes” on bills by charging calls I clearly never made? 😤😤

  • DrKrishanyadav Krishna (@DrKrishanyadav) reported

@Fidomobile Hi I am a fido customer from Vancouver. I have come to India on Vacations. I want to temporarily suspend my account and does not want to use roaming services. Please guide. Thanks

  • UnidentifiedJC Jon... 🤔 (@UnidentifiedJC) reported

@Fidomobile beyond disappointed in your service lately… I’ve reached out to Fido 3 times In the past week to activate a service… how hard is it to make a SIM card available? Paying customer for years

  • seetsirbas Christos Tsirbas (@seetsirbas) reported

Trying to get detailed past invoices from @fidomobile as there are two lines on my account. Asked to pay $15 per past invoice beyond 16 months. If Fido email invoices were itemized I wouldn't have this problem as I archive all emails, including confirmations of payment.

  • aman6405 aman640 (@aman6405) reported

Hey @Fidomobile team, I have struggling to get resolutions to my issues from your customer support team. It sucks, I'm so much frustrated with the level of service that although a am a new customer on your network, I am evaluating to cancel the services.

  • Zer0o0o1 Ana kathir (@Zer0o0o1) reported

@Fidomobile why are you not able to waive a long distance call that was made accidently? My dad might have called or pocket dialed a wrong number and your agents are refusing to remove this call from our bill. My dad never makes long distance calls using mobile..

  • seetsirbas Christos Tsirbas (@seetsirbas) reported

@FidoSolutions @fidomobile @fidosolutions email invoices are not itemized. To retrieve/archive an itemized invoice requires several steps. If you provided itemized invoices to begin with, this would not be a problem. This is poor customer service and asking $15 per PDF compounds it.

  • Bunadee Alethia Bundy (@Bunadee) reported

@Fidomobile Is COVID and WFH the reason your service turn into complete garbage???

  • snoopy_ronaldo RonaldoSnoopy (@snoopy_ronaldo) reported

@Fidomobile Bonjour Claudia. That was on the phone and speaking with 3 different person. I answered a survey with my concern and how your employee should get back on the call and checking on the caller. Binny from your chat did help me to resolve my issue because your call centre did not!
