    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions You would think after an hour on hold that you would get a option to get a call back, but no way just hold and wait till customer s hang up out of frustration. Ridiculous!

    @Airtel_Presence @Fidomobile It's been more than 4 days. Even after more than 10 calls to fido/Roger/Airtel, not getting Roaming on fido number from Canada . Can I expect any resolution ? Its seem to be Roaming partnership issue .

    @Fidomobile decided to get a new plan with you folks and placed an order online for express pickup. It’s now been 2 hours at the store due to issues with your system. Super frustrated - is there anything that can be done?
