Live chat agent takes about 20 mins for each reply just to give me answers I already knew. Being a long time customer means nothing esp with offers.

In Fido's words, they can't refund charges that "Fido deems valid" - their answer to every proof that we provided. Customer lost.

I never received it so I called customer care, and ask for details! They said might gonna take 2 weeks, I replied , if i will not receive mobile by 14 aug
