@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile why is no one talking about your major service outage in Montreal? What are you planning to do for your clients? We've been out of power for 46 hours and fido has been down since Wednesday. Even now LTE access has been shotty at best. Thank god for @Bell wifi...

@Fidomobile I want to talk to a human being. I don't care about being put on hold. But I am super irritated that I call your Customer Support only to be directed to 3 layers of ineffective automated service.

@tamcos71 @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Oh man that sucks! My roaming is off too. Fido credited back my money because they couldn't prove I was down in the states on calls and texts and using data. I rarely touch my phone when I'm outside Canada. Can you ask them for the proof you were on your phone?

@Fidomobile my once 30GB for $60 plan was once again increased in price without warning or notification. My plan is now $79 - though in march the a 30gb plan advertised for $65 with credits. I thought the whole merger w/your parent company and shaw supposed to drive down prices

@Fidomobile I was promised a certain rate, but instead, I have been paying much more than I was told at the store The fact that you have been overcharging me for months is unacceptable. I trusted your company to provide me with honest services,I feel like I have been let down

@Fidomobile The funny thing is that "Chris" transferred me to technical support after I told him it's not a technical issue.

I would appreciate if you could refund the extra amount that I have been charged, ensure that my future bills reflect the agreed-upon rate. Furthermore, I would like to express my disappointment with your company by leaving a very bad review online. @Fidomobile
