    Worst customer service @Fidomobile home internet is down for 3 days and unable to connect to technical support. Calling every day several times a day and just listening to music on hold. No support, period. WTF Fido? Hire some help or stop offering services you can’t support!

    Day 4 of @RogersHelps @Fidomobile home internet being completely out. Website says no known issues. No communication on FB or Twitter about the outage. No estimate for resumption of service. I'm pretty patient and honestly thankful we didn't lose power, but this is ridiculous.

    @Fidomobile Poor Customer Service. Encouraging Fraudulent shops who sell Fido. I bought two new lines and I was promised my setup service fee will be waived off but that's not the case and when I talk to cust. care to help me out they said they can't and store has all excuses.
