@Fidomobile - For the past 2 months your team has not been able to refund the credit on my bill. I ported out to a new network on Nov 22, 2020. It's been 2 months and after multiple follow ups - I have not yet recieved the refund / credit ony account. (Post 1/n)

@Fidomobile - this is a clear case of harassing a former customer to whom credit is due from your organization. A customer who has payed all his bills on time, but the organisation just does not want to pay the refund to the customer and harass him mentally. (Post 6/n)

.@Fidomobile When you make a promise to a customer, make sure you follow through. Or you will end up losing that customer. Switching to Fido was a terrible decision for me.

Hey @Fidomobile Do you have any deals for a customer looking to switch FOUR phone lines AND a tablet from @koodo because they are fed up with #Koodo and their downright DEPLORABLE service? Koodo used to be great, but in the last 12 years they have gone seriously downhill!
