@Fidomobile I was offered a plan and they agreed on it and now they took a flip on their words. Horrible customer service and they never fulfill their promises for the existing customers . Regret to be with Fido.

@Fidomobile April 19 both my husband and I had no network or data on our phones for over 24 hours. All other service providers provided a credit to their customers. Why is @Fidomobile doing nothing? Kindly provide a credit I have 2 lines.

@Fidomobile id like to know why, after 14 yrs of being with fido w no issues, why in the last 2 months does my phone, AT LEAST every 2 days, tell me there's no sim card and my phone is good for Emergency use only? Then my phone is useless for 1 to 2 min, what is going on!
