@Fidomobile is a great company if you ever want your phone to break, them to take a month to repair it, and then they send back a still broken phone. Oh and their customer support will just stop responding eventually. That's the @FidoSolutions guarantee!

@Fidomobile I keep losing signal every now and then! Located in London, Ontario. Every once in a while, the signal disappears. Restarted the phone, reset the phone, even tried reinserting the SIM card, everything! Helpline number has wait time of 1+ hour.

@Fidomobile Very Bad service from Fido. On Jan 5th, 2022. My sister's account was cancelled without my consent. Is it normal in Fido customer service to play with customer's accounts without their consent ?

Scheduled a @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile tech to come replace our broken modem. Waited night & day. Tech came in the evening without a modem. Wtf is the point of troubleshooting w/ the specialist & reporting we don't have a modem only for tech to come not knowing we need a modem?

Is there an home internet outage @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile ? Every night for the past 8 months my internet stops working for approximately 20 minutes anywhere from 7pm to 10pm EST. This is getting tiresome
