Hey @Fidomobile , what's the point of "customer service" if I have to wait 2+ days just to speak to someone? My issue is urgent — by the time I get a callback, it'll be the weekend and I might as well go to a store. This is not acceptable. I need help now!!

if i call @Fidomobile one more time and i get that stupid virtual assistant asking me to schedule a call 3 days out, i'm walking to the nearest Virginia mobile or koodo kiosk. speaking to someone to resolve an ongoing issue shouldn't be this difficult

@Fidomobile Why can't I talk right away to the customer service?

@Fidomobile I hate to shatter your confidence because I got a heads up via text this morning and the scheduled 9am call never happened. To bad because technically Fido mobile has been quite reliable and customer service USED TO BE adequate, which it clearly no longer is.

@Fidomobile Thats it? No compensation for a major outage? No ability to speak to humans? Come on....this has to be a bad joke!

@Fidomobile My issue isn’t about “answering questions.” It’s about the timing of the call. If I have to wait two days, I might as well visit a store and fix it myself. What’s the point of “online customer service” if urgent issues can’t be handled promptly?@Fidomobile

@Fidomobile This is not much of a solution since I have to go through the tedious process of scheduling another call only for this to probably happen yet again. Perhaps suggest to your superiors that it would be great if customers could get help from humans if they needed to speak to someone

@Fidomobile After sitting with this all day, I still feel I must add: It's disappointing when your rates go up, yet your customer service goes down. I speak as someone who worked in customer service for almost 50 yrs. Fido used to be set apart in excellence in that regard, imo.

@988Canada @Fidomobile The poor service at Fido is increasingly infuriating. Does anyone work in customer service that is not a know nothing robot? I made an appointment last Friday and no one called that day at all. Today I made a new appointment, earliest was 4 days to speak to a rep.
