    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions when will my service be restored!? “Intermittent” I haven’t been able to call, text or use data since 7am. With no “breaks”. That’s not intermittent. No regular updates, no estimate time & no access to my data has been a huge inconvenience.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps @Fidomobile #rogersdown #rogersoutage all the customer service reps deserve a few drinks once this gets sorted out. Please remember that it's not their fault, they are working from home & having issues themselves. Remember 2 b kind, even tho it's frustrating

    @Fidomobile, been without phone service all day. I’m sure not having my only source of telephone conversation and data unavailable to me for a full day (and it continues) will be reflected in my next bill.

    @ShamusMcfamous @AboutRogers @Fidomobile If they upgraded the active core, they probably did the same with the standby nodes. There's probably a bug in the upgrade (CPU overload etc), so the redundancy wouldn't help much. Just my guess, but it's possible - the timing suggests something like that.
