    @Fidomobile I have had no mobile data service since Friday afternoon. Cannot get through to a live agent on chat. Spent 1h50 this morning holding for customer service. Cannot get through to technical support. In-store staff could not help. How do customers actually get support?!?

    @Fidomobile nothing quite makes a customer feel valued like sitting on hold for almost an hour, finally getting connected to someone, getting out on hold then 'due to unforseen circumstances we're unable to assist you, call again later'... TWICE.

    @Fidomobile I am telling the truth. Fido's management does not manage the problem. Lying to customers is not appropriate. I would ask Fido to deal with my issue as soon as possible and explain to me why I am paying for bad services.

    @Fidomobile Don't you love it when you wait for 2+ hours in a chat that doesn't bother to give you your position in queue, and you don't look at it for 5 mins and it cuts you off because YOU didn't answer them in time? God this company is a **** show

    @Fidomobile I had a problem with my order yesterday and now I can't get through to anyone to fix the problem. I've been a Fido customer for one day. I'm more than willing to cancel the order if I can't get through to anyone.

    @Fidomobile I was disconnected from chat after 5mins of inactivity after waiting 3 hours to get someone. Phone lines and chat are now down. Website isn't working. I have been trying to set up voicemail for a week and can't. What gives? Unacceptable.

    When you try to call @Fidomobile and they just hang up because they're "too busy" hah.. great support guys. Wonder why I'm calling... oh yeah, to cancel.
