So disappointed in @Fidomobile service. I was on hold for 40 mins and as soon as I get in contact with a worker I get cut off. I really hope someone can get back to me Because I don’t want to wait on hold for so long again

@Fidomobile Hi Fido , I found out something interesting today when I called fido . I have been with Fido since 2012 and from then until now I have never gotten a promo or cheap deal or any rye of offer that would benefit me. I am been such a loyal customer. Not too happy - jas

Love when I call @Rogers for a billing issue, spend 33 minutes on hold and explaining the issue, they tell me this is beyond the scope of their authority and transfer me to @Fidomobile
