@Fidomobile And said wrong department again and said I can't transfer you so you have to hang up and call again. What kind of customer service is this? Making me call again and stay on hold again. Not acceptable. Fido has given me a terrible experience since June cause I have been calling

  • sepideh_208 sepideh (@sepideh_208) reported

@Fidomobile @Rogers fix my phone RIGHT NOW I can't go to a store and the call center operators are not doing their job, this is not acceptable

  • CamCrookston Cameron Crookston (@CamCrookston) reported

@Fidomobile You suspended the service of my 79 yo mothers cellphone without notice and when I call for supper your lines are so busy you can't even schedule a call back because your lines are so busy your automated system just hangs up on me

  • peace_wallet B-urself (@peace_wallet) reported

@Fidomobile I didn’t receive any new SIM — it’s my old SIM card. I already validated everything over online chat, shared my IMEI and SIM card number, and was told everything looks good. Still facing the issue. (Suspended)

  • peace_wallet B-urself (@peace_wallet) reported

@Fidomobile Hi Corey, I’ve already checked both links — it clearly says my phone is compatible. VoLTE is enabled, and I’ve restarted the phone as well. Still no service. Please help me resolve this issue.

@endofthetechno @Fidomobile ... If you have already updated your device or need to know what's required to reactivate your service, please call 1-855-720-9035 or visit your local Fido retail location. Hey FIDo Message me

@mrxisonx @Fidomobile Fido is a scam. They can't possibly charge us a fee for this. It's okay to lose service, but charging a fee is the last straw! I have a 5G-compatible phone, and they still charged me! This deserves a massive collective complaint!

  • panesartrades Arsh Panesar (@panesartrades) reported

@Fidomobile I just realized my device is 5g compatible and I did speak to customer service agent few weeks ago who advised me to do nothing because my phone is 5g compatible but yet I still cannot make or receive calls?, My phone is oneplus 12R and it definitely supports all the bands.

  • JIGNESHBELA JIGNESH BELA (@JIGNESHBELA) reported

@Fidomobile Your representative told me I have a brand new 5G phone and shouldn't worry about these messages. Now you have suspended my line. I want you to help me and reinstate my line.

  • sepideh_208 sepideh (@sepideh_208) reported

@Fidomobile I got it from Fido, it's Motorola edge 2024, my old phone was not covered by fido network anymore so fido sent me a new phone. I activated the new simcard on my new phone yesterday and it was working but today I received the text saying my service is suspended
