@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Well! I just returned from a road trip where I decided to use my cell phone for nav rather then purchase a Garmin Drive. Holy cow…for 15 days I am now nursing a $300 bill whereas I could have purchased a nav device for $150. Never again. What a rip.

@Fidomobile No other company or deliverer (Amazon, Canada Post, Fedex, DHL, UPS) has similar problems and they often deliver more expensive goods. Online ordering is supposed to make life easier but you make it excruciating.

Normally i do not tweet, tks fido. Charged for LD, paying is ok, but never knew addon would expire, orig contract does not list that, CS do not have guts to say it must list Even your live chat agent questioned me if I read all the detail!? You think its ethical? @Fidomobile

Hey @Fidomobile why are you only offering some customers extra free data due to the week long power outage in Ottawa? I was told it is not possible despite knowing several other customers who you helped.

@Fidomobile is one major failure in customer service. Customer beware. They will charge you fees for this and that and say the machine did it. Collection action then ensues. Amazing what these guys get away with
