@Fidomobile Poor Customer Service. Encouraging Fraudulent shops who sell Fido. I bought two new lines and I was promised my setup service fee will be waived off but that's not the case and when I talk to cust. care to help me out they said they can't and store has all excuses.

All the big communication companies @Fidomobile @rogers really do not help their staff support their customers. 4 days without internet and all the staff can give is 5GB bonus. After 4 days you would expect the companies to have a better solution. #ottawaoutage #fido #Rogers

what happened to @Fidomobile they use to be so amazing w customers even better because you never needed customer service. Now it’s seems every issue takes 4 calls/transfers. And then a follow up bc of issues. I just wanna give you my money and have a plan & phone that works 😢

Day 4 of @RogersHelps @Fidomobile home internet being completely out. Website says no known issues. No communication on FB or Twitter about the outage. No estimate for resumption of service. I'm pretty patient and honestly thankful we didn't lose power, but this is ridiculous.
