Not sure who to direct this to @Fidomobile or @FidoSolutions but I just had the worst #FIDO experience where I had different employees telling me different things & someone who told me he would not document our conversation truthfully. Have Interact# from the event. Please help!!

@Fidomobile, I've been a customer since you began. Just had the WORST customer service experience ever WITH A MANAGER. Misleading sales agents and website info. Will be looking for other options after 28 years. @FidoSolutions @Rogers #fidomobile #fidosolutions

Initial two bills they are unaware of device. I told them to correct n nw they messed

Yesterday, I wanted to access my @Fidomobile account, but apparently, it was suspended. I contacted their support and was told that I am suspended because of fraud!! It seems the plan they offered to me was too good to be true! What a ****** mobile provider..

@Fidomobile I recently moved to Canada and I see a user Save $50 on the Setup Service Fee when they activate online,but for in store purchase of SIM you are charging me $50 for activation. I believe my first experience with Fido is not that good. My $50 should be waived off.
