  @Fidomobile Both the chatbot AI and phone AI cut me off, saying they're unable to make an appointment for a customer service representative to call me. I've been trying for days and keep getting the same message.

  @Fidomobile Callback system is pathetic. I scheduled the call back today. You know what happened? Fido canceled my service, without notice nothing. And guess what? I was not able to receive any call! Do me a favour, set a call back today, will you?

  @Fidomobile Trying to pay off a phone,today took full payment but only fraction of it came off my card,could not respond,also have not got bill for july17, also wanted to change plan but (before 30 days, store said just pay phone,horrible support
